Best Western Plus Diamond Valley Inn

Hotel is wonderful! Just use caution if you are short! I had to go buy a step stool just to get in the bed, haha!! They are high! Doesn't help that I have arthritis in my knees and back, but still, a bit ridiculous being that high!

We have enjoyed every stay here. The rooms are great; clean, comfortable and good size. Love the breakfast and 24 hour coffee bar. Staff is always wonderful. Overall no real complaints other then the power outlets that are in the lights never work and this last time, our shower head was so high and unadjustable is shot over our heads and hit the shower wall lol

I'm giving your hotel a great five-star review. Your staff and their kindness beats the majority of hotels I've stayed at in the past 2 years. Sandra was great at cleaning my room and was very friendly and organized. She knew I was in meetings all day and found time in between to come clean my room. She knew how I like things. Isabel and Luis went above and beyond. Luis helped me numerous times, even taking bags from my car since I am disabled. Your breakfast was amazing. I just spent 3 weeks at the Marriott prior to here and your breakfast was phenomenal in comparison. I recommend a pat on the back for those people, it's people like them that make hotels great. I will be staying at your hotel again and recommend it to my friends and family as well. Thank you for the great hospitality and service.

The hotel staff is amazing Vicki the manager has went above and beyond with helping me address the issue and continuing to help me with it she deserves a gold medal or something

A calm, cozy hotel in a good location in Hemet.

The service was excellent all around, from the front desk to the breakfast staff. The amenities offered are also good, and it's near a Target in case you want to buy some groceries; or you can also eat in restaurants in the area. Overall, a very comfortable stay, with no issues whatsoever.

Clean, bed was comfortable, they leave plenty of towels, room had a coffee machine and coffee.

Came to Hemet to see Ramona. So glad we chose this hotel! The rooms were very clean, everything looked new, staff was very attentive and friendly. But what really made this hotel different was their breakfast bar. They had an attendant who served up fresh fluffy scrambled eggs, country fried potatoes, breakfast meat, delicious biscuits and gravy. Many cold options available as well. Highly recommend!!!

I stayed there a few days ago and had a great overnight. The price is on par with the surrounding area. The quality is definitely there. I had a king size, non smoking room and the bed was comfy and very easy to sleep in. The TV had satellite, so lots of channels to choose from. All the staff I met were extremely kind and helpful. There was a hot breakfast in the morning and it was great. Eggs, sausage, biscuits, gravy, waffles, a variety of toast/bagels, cereal, coffee, juices...I can keep going. The quality and variety of the breakfast made the cost of the hotel even more of a value.

I enjoyed our stay staff was very helpful and nice Marcus and Vicky went above and beyond their jobs and helped us out with getting to and from the airport when needed. They truly need raises. And sweet Sandra housekeeper she really kept our room very clean. And they all loved our baby Freckles. We will truly miss the staff their in Hemet Best Western Plus. We spent nights in Best Western hotels coming across to Tennessee and this is one of the best ones we've stayed in. If we're ever back in town we will surely stay with you guys again. Thank you all for such a wonderful time and stay.

We stayed because we were visiting friends locally and didn't want to travel at night on a holiday weekend. We booked and paid online, their card reader was down so that was extremely helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly. We would stay again.

Very clean rooms and super staff. Bring extension cords as electrical outlets were not that convenient. But I would highly recommend this place. Great hot breakfast too

The guy who works at the front desk was wonderful and remembered us and always greeted us very kindly. My mom stayed here for a week to spend time with my kids and the hotel was great. Staff was kind and they really enjoyed the breakfast! Will definitely use and recommend this place!

My family and I have been staying here almost 2 weeks the staff is very professional and organized. The facility is very clean and welcoming. This location is equipped with masks and other supplies for our use for covid prevention. We are having a pleasant stay so far. My kids and I are really enjoying the stay especially now that we no longer have paper bag breakfast the hotel has now gone above and beyond too please their clients breakast was AMAZING their staff worked so hard to have everything we'll set up the night before. I watched as their staff was cleaning and organizing their eating area it is well sanitized that's a definite plus. During Our morning breakfast their was a variety of items to choose from coffee for early risers a warm to go carry out box which included two scrambled eggs 2 sausage patties sum tater tots and a warm biscuit u also had your choice of having extra items like fresh fruit , yogurt to take along with you so that was Great... Their was many people who came down for breakfast the wait time was minimal and non caotic. I had a warm enjoyable breakfast this morning and can't wait for day 2 . I recommend this Best Western plus location to anyone who is planning their next trip in the area. Thank you too ALL staff members that have made our stay here feel a lot like home. Very clean and friendly. My wife and I had a king suite on the bottom level, the bathroom was kinda tiny but everything else was pretty nice.
There was a family above us with a bunch of kids stomping around and it was driving us nuts.
I requested a new room and the issue was resolved in minutes. We were able to get another room that was just as cozy.
I'll definitely stay again if I'm in the area.

All of the staff members were kind and very responsive to our needs. Very clean and comfortable....computer room great for older kids, and pool was awesome and well maintained. Overall great experience!

I love it here!!! The rooms are always nice and clean. Breakfast is delicious and the dining area is tidy & clean. Guest services and staff are always kind, courteous & professional. This feels like a home away from home. Another lovely amenity are the beds.......OH SO COMFY !!!!!

Our stay was very comfortable, the room felt inviting and very clean. The beds were plush and we slept deeply with no noise, quiet and serene. I recommend this location to anyone staying in the area. The breakfast was just right, warm and with many selections.
