Smith Ranch Self Storage had the best rate for the right size! Reserving the size I wanted was free and easy online. After I reserved a unit, they were quick to follow up on it.

They didn't try to hurry me or rush me into a decision. I just told them what day I planned on coming if I chose them, or I would call them if I needed to cancel the reservation.

The staff was friendly, easy to communicate with and made you feel at ease. The whole process went smoothly and easily. I'm glad I chose the right storage!

Experience was great got a welcome as soon as we walked through the doors. Everywhere on property was clean when we did are walk though to see were are unit was going to be. Staff was very informative on rules and office smelled good.

The cold new corporate storage facilities have become authoritative and unwelcoming. Not Smith Ranch! Alexandra was welcoming and accomadating. Our temporary need for storage is a unique need but she was understanding and conducted the agreenent and transaction professionally and graciously. The facility itself is well kept and state of the art. The rules were not onerous but practical, retaining freedom and flexibility. A pleasant experience!

They very friendly and helpful knowledgeable and very attentive to our needs I would recommend this place for sure . I didn't even have storage reserved and they had no problem getting me one . Unlike life storage when this place post there hours they are there not leaving or closing early gave me water got a lock from them these woman were fabulous

I discovered that my RV was being attacked by rats over the weekend I got right on the phone and started searching for ARV storage that would accommodate my 35' RV in a clean concreted storage area that is also protected from rodents. I called Smith ranch self storage on the weekend got a friendly person person to quickly provide me with the required storage space I needed. I drove in and everything was as they said pricing and the site great job guys look forward to a long relationship.

My initial experience at Smith Ranch Self Storage was A-1. For months, I have watched as this new facility was built here in Wildomar, and when
it finally opened, I found the customer service exceptional. "Darryl" was so welcoming and pleasant; he was very accommodating in showing me around to find the perfect unit for my storage needs at an affordable rate. Clean, well lit and handicapped friendly is important for me, and Smith Ranch Storage is All That. I hope my apartment search is as gratifying.

So far, so good! We have just begun our tenancy so can not comment re: on going service, but set-up was a dream. Rosie at the front counter was helpful, communicative, on top of it and kind.
