Such a fun store! 6 stories only one elevator that takes. While so be prepared to use the stairs. A dun interactive basketball challenge where you get scored on shooting, passing and blocking. I would definitely recommend stopping at this Nike!

Good for the experience of Nike in NYC. Probably better off online if you are looking for a huge variety, product levels seemed low most likely due to the Holidays.

NIKE Membership is so worth it. Sign up, and then buy the same stuff discounted and with free shipping and extended returns. One crazy sale after another - though I may have to do a 12 step program for shopping so much on the app and this place. Retail therapy is so very addictive, I'm aware.

Okay, Nike NYC, aka House of Innovation: Except for the slow elevators, it feels, looks like, and in all ways seems like, "Sneaker Heaven". Very cool interior matches the venue: Nike's business is selling everything from sports bras to boots, hoodies to headbands including the most stylish, well-designed, and comfortable athletic and/or casual shoes and footwear ( What I've always called "tennis shoes"). Sure, Nike's are very stylish and fashionable shoes, and yes, very popular. But I'd like to focus this message to my fellow Boomers and older adults: I have seen too many of you walking around in horrible looking, uncomfortable shoes, because they were allegedly "orthopedic" or extra-wide, or "walking shoes". And many of you shy away from the Nike brand itself, or scoff at "those crazy kids" who are so invested and attached to their shoes. In this instance, though, the kids got it right! As I said, sure Nike's are fashionable, trendy and popular (especially with the kids). But they're also revolutionary in their design and construction, making them light as air (particularly when compared to your clogs🫢) and most of all folks, they're comfortable AF! (Uhh...yeah, that's an acronym for, you know, meaning...like, as "Comfortable 'As Feathers' "). Yeah, so they have wide ones, tall ones, green, red or pink ones, very reasonably priced, for walking on everything from grass, dirt, rocks...air. ;) Try on a pair. I have no affiliation with Nike at all, other than being a fan and customer, I'm just sayin'. Step out of those generic and geriatric boxes on your feet, and try walking on some AIR.

What a cool store and experience! This store is massive and 5 stories tall. If visiting NYC I would definitely check this place out. They have just about every Nike shoe that one may be looking for.

Such kind employees at this location! There were five levels in the store. The 5th level was dedicated to “Nike by You’; where you customize your Nike clothing items! They made sure my design came out exactly the way I wanted, with their own suggestions of expertise. The employees on each floor are helpful to assist you with your needs and are quick to help you purchase items with your Nike Member Pass!

Huge multi level store, latest and limited selection Of merchandise, very busy always. Staff is very kind and helpful. No better place for sports goodies!

This was my first time visiting this location and it was such a cool experience. It was so much fun going to the fifth floor and visiting the Taller De Rafa pop up shop they were hosting there this past weekend! The customer service was out of this world and it was a family owned business that made you feel like family. What an amazing idea in general and experience all around! The atmosphere they created was so immersive and chill, the exclusive screen print designs they had were unique and awesome, and the kicker was getting to print on Nike merch you bought in the same space! Just a 11/10 experience all around and I absolutely can not wait for Taller De Rafa to be back again because I will be back again!

Fantastic store! Very sophisticated

Had a really good experience, i had to get 2 air force one for 2 kids that are dear to me, AF1 were very hard to find everywhere, so i went to the Nike flagship store on 5 Ave , they found me one right away that was a lot cheaper than many of the stores and online places that i checked, they also helped me install the Nike app , and showed me how to get 15% off in-store purchase. The architecture of the store is beautiful inside out, the outside glass facade reflects lights and always look like a different artwork every time i pass by the store while inside to he store is like a "Nike Museum" of a sort where you can see exhibits of dissected sneakers to show their design concept and scores of sneakers and Nike sportswear. Big thank you for the friendly staff.

Massive shoutout to Daniel (in men’s wear) for being a truly delightful human and giving exceptional customer service even when he had to initially say no. Also kudos to his superviser Romeo for being a yes man and super pragmatic when the system was saying no. Core trip memory made in this store-If only every store had a Daniel. This was a true on brand experience. 10/10 from our whole group.

I just want to say a huge thank you to Shawn G, Lou, Danielle and Jenn f. I was shopping around for early Xmas gift while in there, I got sick and you know how that can be embarrassing, and when I say they all step in helping me out gave me water and just was making me feel good. I was clearly embarrassed. They were so patient with me. Waited until the very end before I left to make sure I was good. I appreciate it so much ! Shop here you won't be disappointed the employee are very helpful and kind you will have a great shopping experience and I commended them for that because we all know how some ppl are working in retail industry. It is a great experience however it can be crowded and a bit overwhelming.

Justin B was so helpful today. Attentive, checked multiples resources for my size and held my items while I checked merchandise in other floors. This 5th Ave store is beautiful, almost reminds me of being in an Apple store. The aesthetic and clean and bright and welcoming. I didn’t find a lot of kicks for my wife foot but the men in my life are happy with theirs.
