Birkenstock Comfort Shoes

I have never seen so many great shoes in one place. It gets a little busy so, patience is encouraged. But the customer service is phenomenal and the selection is by far the best in the entire desert area. Finally, a place that believes geed shoes are important!

I have never wore Birkenstock sandals before but always heard about how, once they are broken in, are the most comfortable sandal and you get what you pay for. Immediately upon entering the store I was greeted by Ron who provided the best shoe/sandal buying experience I could have ever asked for. Based upon the shape of my foot and how I walk, he was able to offer not only a perfect sized shoe despite my preconceived notions from what I wear with other shoe brands, but he also customized them to my feet. He did this by punching holes to fit perfectly on one foot, as not all people have perfectly symmetrical feet, and punched the same hole on the other sandal so that there was at least symmetry between both sandals. Incredible customer service. Thank you, Ron!

I was soo happy to find a birkenstock store in the desert. I love birkenstock sandals. The clerk was very nice. The shoes were well priced.

Ron was amazing! Fast, friendly, informed and professional! I also love that they donate used shoes to the homeless! Glad to have discovered this great store!!!

Have not been here for a very long time. Went 2 weeks ago bought very comfy pair birkenstock sandals love them!Big open showroom, very nice sales staff.

Got my first pair of Birks here 3 years ago, loved them ever since! Been back a few times (work near by) and purchased a few different shoes for work. All worked wonderfull, especially all my Pikolinos shoes! (Deffinatly recomend you to try that brand of shoe on!)
Seen a few wonderful employees consistently through out the year and I've never had a problem with them or their policies.
And yes they have more then Birkenstocks, so check them out!!!!!! It's all comfort shoes, and believe me, I work retail and stand on my feet for 10+ hours a day. These shoes have really helped my back during those long hours!

Staff was very helpful. I learned my true shoe size with Birkenstocks. They looked for the shoes to meet my needs. Even though they were busy they took time with me.
