Had a great experience with Dr Garcia for my wisdom teeth extraction. No run around and straight forward process! I am not pain free from my wisdom teeth thanks to Dr Garcia

I researched this facility on Yelp and a few other sites for patient experience. I was quite nervous and in severe pain. All the staff were so nice and friendly. Dr. Jeffrey Garcia was superb, professional and completely empathetic to my situation. He did an awesome job with my dental procedure. I highly recommend this facility if you need oral surgery. Salena in billing was also a doll. Keep up the wonderful work everyone.

The nicest bunch of people work here! I've been there for two different extractions, and each time, was nothing but pleasant (whatever the anesthesia is, it's great - you wake up and have no idea that you were out of it. Dr. Salomone is very personable and even came in on both Saturday and Sunday when I was having a bleeding problem. If you have a choice as to where to go to have a tooth extracted or other oral surgery, THIS IS THE PLACE!

Wow just wow..... There is no way I have enough words to express the gratitude I have for Dr. Garcia and his staff. I want to send a special thank you to saleena for working me in very last minute as a new paitient.

Woke up this morning with an out of this world tooth ache. The pain had me beside myself. Desert Oral surgery was recommended by my dentist Dr .Sales ( great dentist) several years ago over this busted wisdom tooth. I've been to a few butchers in the past as I used to chewing tobacco fo years. So I've seen many dentist and unfortunately had about 6 or more back teeth out. First ever tooth that was pulled numbing wore off half way in and the dentist keeped at it . Even tho it was 20 yrs ago it has created a high level of fear and anxiety specially when I hear the words extraction. I was a bit neverous about going so I put it off. Then this morning happened and I had no choice.

I called this morning and spoke to Saleena and she found a way to get me in. That was really awesome and an angel for that. She also gave me instructions so if surgery was needed I was ready. She was an extremely pleasent first impression of the office .

Then I met another gentleman that took my exray and did the prep. I didn't get his name but he was really nice and pleasant to the point it calmed me way down and made me very comfortable in the office.

The lady that takes care of billing and gave me my exit care instructions was very sweet and went over post op very well.

Once I met Dr Garcia, I knew I was in the right place. He was very comforting and sympathetic of my situation and knew exactly what needed done. ( which was important for reasons above) . Most of all he did a great job, I can't stress that part enough.

Now the procedure this is the amazing part. Remember I was terrified by the pain I under want on may last several extractions. This was totally different, totally aside from th bloody taste. It doesn't feel at all like I got my wisdom tooth extracted. There is virtually no pain, I am truly amazed and blessed I found his office.

I will drive hrs for him to preform any future oral surgical procedures he was and the whole experience was that great. I can not thank them enough for what they did for me today.

If your reading this because your in need of an Oral Surgeon this is the place you want to go.

I broke out my front tooth on vacation. Ugh! Needed an implant to repair and Dr. Salomone came highly recommended. They got me in asap for consult, had the surgery 5 days later. Turned out great. So easy.

I had no pain afterwards, at all. Perhaps I just got lucky. Even my follow up with a prosthodontics went well. He said how good the surgery looked.

I think there may be less expensive places but I am not willing to risk my health when there are better alternatives like Dr. Salomone.

Classic case of you get what you pay for.

If Oral Surgery can ever be a pleasure Dr. Bass made it so for me. I was treated by the most caring and professional people EVER! I highly recommend this Medical Establishment. Too bad I can only give it 5 Stars, it is a "10".

Dr. Did a great job on my sister implants 10 years ago. I chose to go elsewhere and am losing my 3rd implant!

Dr Garcia and his entire front office were the rudest and least professional healthcare practitioners I’ve ever encountered. When I made the appt I was told to go to one of his two offices. I wrote down the address. The morning I arrived for my appt I was told that “I had it wrong” and it was their other office about 20 minutes away where my appt had been scheduled. When I got to the other office I was persistently berated by everyone at the front desk for “being late” - which was their fault since I was given incorrect info over the phone. They refused to acknowledge that someone had made a mistake. Then Dr Garcia comes out and starts berating me himself for being late in a very loud tone of voice! I was shocked to hear a doctor speak to a patient like this. The waiting room was empty right then so I guess he realized there were no witnesses. Then it turned out that they had not been able to get my previous recent xrays from my out-of-state dentist before my appt and that was somehow my fault as well. Dr Garcia actually yelled at me again about this, even though it was their job to get the X-rays- they had had plenty of time to do it. They proceeded to take X-rays that should have been unnecessary and they charged me top dollar for them as well. I felt pretty trepidatious at that point about being put under and having a molar removed by a doctor who was clearly hostile. If I hadn’t been in so much pain I would have never stayed for the procedure. But I did and the tooth was removed without further incident. I will never go back to that office.

Dr Garcia failed to completely explain in detail all the pre surgery requirements for a friend of mine needing a tooth extracted. We did all the lab work the week before as we were instructed. Then the day before the surgery, I speak to Dr Garcia and explain that was his directions to us, he said lab work needs to be done the say before surgery.. how is he supposed to get the results of the labwork the day before the surgery.. and he didn't even give us the lab orders, I had to take my friend to his primary Dr to get the lab orders! Dr Garcia clearly needs to improve on his communication skills and put everything in writing for a procedure like this. Now Dr won't extract the tooth and we have to find another oral surgeon!

Dishonest!!! Dishonest!!
That is the best way to describe the office. My husband needed multiple dental implants. I checked with our insurance and was told that the procedure would be covered at 80% as long as the dental office obtained prior authorization. I explained this to the billing lady and was assured that it would be obtained. We paid our estimated portion of $2400 and had the procedure done. I reiteratedit more than once that she needed to get prior auth and the billing person told me that she would. Well, a year later, we got a bill for $9672!!!!
Prior auth was never obtained and now we are on the hook for the money. In fact, they have sent us to collections!! I made multiple attempts to clear this up, but was told that we are just out of luck. In fact, the billing person lied and told me that she had told me they did not get prior auth!!! WHO WOULD AGREE TO THAT?? We never would have come here if we knew it was going to ruin our credit.
Rude staff and bad bedside manner make this slap in the face even worse. Avoid this place like the plague!!!
