Palm Springs Modern Dentistry

Everything about my first experience at Modern Dentistry in PS was excellent and beyond my expectations. The staff at the front desk, X-ray tech, insurance person, and most of all Dr Lee were just a pleasure! I had been recommended by two friends and had high expectations but wow! Way beyond what I expected. I had a chipped tooth and Dr Lee performed a crown (temporary one that will be removed and replaced with a new crown in a week). Her ability to freeze my mouth without pain was AMAZING and seriously painless. And she uses all new technology at the office from the soft tissue scanner to the X-ray and she really must have been top of her class. So confident and friendly. I left happy and immediately booked my cleaning appt. Go see Dr Lee and her team. You won’t be disappointed!

I had a cleaning from Julie and I was very pleased with it. She took her time - did not rush through the cleaning, and did it thoroughly. She also gave a tutorial on techniques to deal with soft plaque which was helpful. Thanks Julie!

The team at the front desk also deserves a shout out. The office keeps them busy yet they always maintain a friendly and positive attitude. Thanks front desk team!

The appointment went smoothly and stayed on time. For the cleaning, Taylor was great. As always. The Dentist was new to me and she did a good job. No issues.

I think Modern Dentistry is trying hard to provide good experiences. I was unhappy with a prior appointment, and reviewed them here to that effect.

My last visit, however, proved that they are listening and, as I say, trying hard. This last visit was flawless. I was taken in exactly on time, work commenced immediately. My hygienist was professional,
adept, and kind. I was in and out in good time feeling I had received excellentd ental care. Well done, Modern Dentistry.

Absolute wonderful experience! I unfortunately had a veneer break off and had to get an appointment to have it fixed or replaced. I am ashamed to say I haven’t been to the dentist in quite some time because honestly, I had some bad experiences with previous ones. So, I was reluctant to set up an appointment. However, when the veneer broke, I was left without a choice. I had to see a dentist!
The veneer broke on Thursday, and I was able to get an emergency appointment on Friday. They were upfront and clear about what needed to be done, gave me a temporary crown that day, and then a permanent one today (Monday). I was amazed at how smooth the whole thing went.
I have to also rave about the staff. Every single one of them was just as pleasant as can be. Very friendly and accommodating. An absolute joy to be around. The dentist I had, Dr. Abrahamyan, was also great. You can tell that she and Dr. Le are true professionals who care about their work.
Needless to say, I will be visiting them again and again. I have learned that once you find providers like them, you hold on to them!

I have been a patient at PSMD for seven years and it is the best dental practice I have ever seen. Dr. Le and her team are professional, efficient, and caring. I did not have positive experiences with dentists as a child due to the way novocaine works in my system, so I always dreaded going to the dentist. When I moved here I was fortunate enough to have another patient recommend PSMD to me, and specifically Dr. Le. When the time came for dental work I explained my past experiences so she was extra careful to make sure I was fully numb before starting the procedure. This is why I call her my favorite dentist ever and "Painless Le"! Kudos to the entire front and back office staffs also as they are wonderful!

Jasmine Ortega is so welcoming and kind. Very efficient and genuine concerned with patients well being. It's always a pleasure to see her in office.

Today was a great experience. Jasmine was very professional and caring with my payment options. Dr. Lee and the hygienist were also outstanding. This was the best appointment ever!

Shae is an amazing dental hygienist. She made me feel so comfortable. She explained everything to me. She didn’t talk down to me. She recommended a new tooth brush and I love it so much. The OralB 1000. I’ll only use her.

Modern Dentistry hands down 5 Stars! Exam was explained in depth and a treatment plan was put into place and all questions answered and what to expect. Super professional! So I just went to my first treatment which was a deep cleaning only doing my left side this visit and I was nervous with all the horror stories I’ve heard from friends. Shae was my hygienist and she was so compassionate and walked me through what she was doing and with doing so making sure I was comfortable. Before I knew it first treatment done ✔ Next treatment is next week and I can honestly say it will be a breeze! Thank you Modern Dentistry and a shout out to Shae you guys are FABULOUS!

Everyone at Palm Springs Modern Denistry was great. The services they provide are state-of-art. Everyone I have had the pleasure of doing business with show sincere care and concern for my dents needs and my overall positive experience why seeing the Dentist. I am a 50 yo man and this is, by far the best dental office I have been to. Highly recommended!

One of the best dental experiences of my life. They were kind, informative, caring, and gentle. Everything was explained to me and I was given options based on pricing and my insurance coverage. It’s the first time I didn’t have to use nitrous for a deep cleaning - amazing.

Today 2023 was my first visit. Let me tell you... this dentist office was remarkable. The front desk help was so nice and very organized. Dr Schutte is the nicest dentist, she never told me anything was needed that was not. I recognize this because I come from several dentist offices who were below the bar. I finally found my dentist, when I left I was on cloud nine. Dr Schutte, Mario, Taylor, Auora and Katrina are the best! And everyone in this office shined. The attitudes of all were amazing. Update...today is Jan 29, 2024. My dentist changed to Dr Le, I'm so happy with her. She and Taylor treated me so well. Just love coming to this office, everyone is so nice and on the ball. See ya in 4 months. Keep doing what you're doing cuz it's the best!

Taylor my hygienist is amazing! Can’t say enough about how she cares for my teeth and the guidance she gives at my appointments. Everyone at the office is friendly and they go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. I highly recommend Dr Le and Taylor!

First and foremost, I like my dentist, Dr. Schutte! She is very professional and a skilled practitioner!
Secondarily, the staff are always so helpful, upbeat, and pleasant— I wanted to particularly commend Jasmine, who is one of the intake staff members in the front office. Jasmine is always there to answer questions about billing, general scheduling seemingly multitasks like nobody’s business!

Tonight, as a matter fact, at a social, I was asked, which dentist would I recommend, and I gave this new acquaintance—Palm Springs Modern Dentistry!
