Needi Scrubs Corp.

As a new healthcare worker, I visited many scrubs stores in the area, and even though they all had great quality scrubs, prices varied largely. I finally visited this store and found the quality of the scrubs to be great, with a fair price tag. The gentleman who was running the store was also very nice and helpful. 10/10 recommended for your scrubs needs!

Nice material for clothing. Just wished return/ exchange policy was communicated before purchasing because I did end up buying the wrong color. But overall decent customer service.

Scrubs are cute and regular priced (about $65 a set same price as Amazon or other stores) got the white cross fit 785 scrubs and got 2 sets one for me and one for my friend. but then he charged her 15.00 for a "USPS" fee when scrubs were purchased and taken home from in store? I've never heard of a shipping fee for no shipping 😂 plus he mentioned earlier while shopping if you ever purchase online and bought over $100 shipping fee was free. But we spent $130 in store and had to pay $15 shipping fee?! Also no signs in store or conversation previously about the charge it was seen on receipt after purchase and then he refused reimbursement. So we ended up paying $155 after tax and "USPS fee". I get you're a small store and all and he mentioned he doesn't raise prices and gas is high? but the sets purchased are all normal priced not less than another store or online. And whether it's a gas fee or a UPS fee doesn't matter it's an in store purchase and it sounds like you can just make up any price for any reason at that point what makes it $15? Can you add a tried on in store charge too? Maybe you can it's your business but it's unprofessional and you cannot expect a customer to agree with made up charges so take the hit when you sound silly. Or just raise your prices? At least people know what they're paying for.

Showed up at 11 to buy a pair of scrubs and the place isn’t open. Their hours are posted as open from 1030-6pm. Is there a better time to try to get scrubs at this place? There’s so few places to get scrubs here without driving 30 minutes anywhere else. I don’t feel like this business is providing accurate hours.

Guy working at counter is rude and clearly doesn’t know what he is selling. Came in for some scrubs said there was no such thing as short scrubs for men when I have purchased them many times in the past. He suggested rudely I can have them hemmed across the street. He also said ge doesn’t sell individual pants and shirts only sets. Shady business practice and terrible customer service. Plenty of other good places in the valley.

This store was horrible. I got there 10 minutes after the posted opening time and nobody was present. I called the phone number to find out if they were opening, and the woman that eventually answered said he was running late because he had errands to run, but he would be there in 6 or 7 minutes. I said okay and left to take care of another errand in the area. I returned at 11:15, which is 45 minutes after the posted opening time and he still wasn’t there. I called the number again and he said he was a minute away. He eventually pulled up and opened the store. I waited a minute and then went in. He was really pushy and rude, but I found scrubs that would work because I needed a specific color and I need comfort and durability. They were overpriced but he offered me a 5% discount for waiting 45 minutes for him and another 5% for working in a local hospital which made it easier for me to swallow, but he refused to honor that other 5% unless I drove home and got my badge and brought it back there. I decided he didn’t deserve my money at all and left. I ended up buying the exact same scrubs at a scrub store in palm desert off of Cook for 20 dollars less. Do not shop here, you are throwing your money away to be treated poorly.

Incidentally he lied to me about why he was late. He said it was the weather, the woman that answered the first time said he was running errands. I was driving in the same atmospheric conditions as him and there were no delays.

I walked in, nobody was there to greet me. The man came out with no mask?? Like cmon dude there is a pandemic at the moment, so much for putting your costumers first huh. I had gone to Scrubs and Stitches in PD and got a full set for $40. I wanted to support a smaller business but the total for a set at this store was $66. I will not be coming back, sorry not sorry #itwasnotbussin

I think It’s not right that am stuck with 2 scrub tops that are to small because he won’t exchange them for me that’s 67.99 waisted that’s what I call bad business.
