Jay Jorgensen, DDS

Dr Jorgensen became my dentist one Sunday when I had an emergency. He was so welcoming and understanding I continued to use him for years. Today he changed my life by replacing old discolored crowns with a new smile I never expected to have. Make an appointment now, I recommend him without reservation !

I am new to the area and needed a dentist. I saw Dr. Jorgensen on the recommendation of friends. It wa a good choice.
I needed a crown replacement and wasn’t looking forward to it. Dr. Jorgensen and his staff reassured me and explained each step along the way,. They remained aware of my comfort level during the entire procedure. Everything went well from beginning to end and it was a much better experience than I expected. Dr. Jorgensen, his assistants and the office staff were pleasant, professional and couldn’t have been more. accommodating.

My Dentist of many years became ill and abruptly closed his practice. Dr. Jorgensen and his staff provided exceptional care in completing unfinished work. I highly recommend their practice.

The best dentistry office I’ve ever visited! Debbie, Maria and of course Dr. Jorgensen and the rest of the staff are so friendly and put you at ease right away. Debbie initially was able to squeeze me in during the beginning of quarantine and each visit since then has been even more positive. Dr. J does amazing dental work- he’s truly an artist! Did I mention his storytelling skills? The perfect distraction for your dental phobia. Thank you all for being so great.

I was visiting from out of town and had a dental emergency. I looked up dentists all over Palm Springs and Dr. Jorgensen happened to be in the office on Saturday night at 6:30 pm. Although he had no staff at the office, he graciously agreed to help and spent 2.5 hours working on my tooth. He could not have been any more courteous, friendly, or professional. The quality of his work was fantastic. I can't believe how lucky I was to find Dr. Jorgensen and I recommend him to anyone and everyone.

Thank you so much Dr Jorgensen and staff for Squeezing me in due to a bad toothache. I am from Canada and did not know any dentists in Palm Springs; went by reviews and they certainly were not wrong! Dr Jorgensen was super professional, quick to do my assessment and gave me good advise in order that I could get my root canal done . Started me on antibiotics right away, hopefully I can get back to Canada to have the procedure done!!!
If I’m ever in need of a dentist Dr J will be the one! Fees were very reasonable for my fellow Canadians.

I'm a new patient to Dr. Jorgensen as of several months ago. I can tell you he and his staff saved me ! Dr. Jorgensen is extremely skilled , he doesn't hurt you, and he invest himself in you as a person. He did a permanent bridge in the front for me that looks so natural not even my family can find it ! Debbie , the office manager talked with me at length answering all my questions and never rushing me. She helped me make the transition easy. Pricing is fair and honest. I'm quite pleased to be a patient of this extraordinary doctor. and his staff.

This place is not covid compliant. The waiting room was busy with no social distancing. The admins had a plastic screen but there were visitors and people mulling about. The dental assistant did not wear gloves. The dentist himself was rude, asked unnecessary personal questions, and most importantly, kept touching his face and playing with his mask, moving it on and off his nose. Not only was this unprofessional, but it was irresponsible for a health care professional. I refused to get treatment there. Do not go if you care about your safety.
