Dr. Chang is the best doctor of any kind in the Coachella Valley: honest, caring, brilliant, dedicated, kind--all of these together do not do justice to this dentist. He not only takes the time to answer my questions--in a way that I could understand, he has come to anticipate my questions. He personally sees to it that all work under his aegis is top-notch, and that patients are satisfied with both their treatment and their care. The office staff is kind and efficient. I have never had to wait more than a few moments for my appointment to begin. Truthfully, I wish I could give even more stars to this one-of-a-kind, one-in-a-million dentist, Dr. Gerald Chang.

I’ve been going to Dr. Chang for over 5 years now and he is hands down the best dentist I’ve ever seen. He is true master at his craft, pays close attention to detail, and does excellent dental work. All of his hygienists and administrative staff are incredibly friendly, helpful, and highly competent. I have a complicated dental history and have had several procedures done by Dr. Chang. He is always honest, explains things clearly, and I trust him fully with my teeth. If you’re looking for a excellent, trustworthy dentist in the Palm Springs area, go see Dr. Chang.

I had my first appointment with Dr. Chang last week, and it was a fine experience. The office staff were very friendly and competent. Dr. Chang was thorough and explained everything very well. I had my cleaning and x-rays and we had our discussion regarding how I need to floss more and that was it. No unnecessary dentistry, just an honest evaluation. Thank you, Dr. Chang and Staff!

I have been going to Dr. Chang for over a year now and I always have great experience with him as my Dentist . Hi staff are all very friendly, helpful, cheerful and very professional in dealing with clients. I always enjoy getting my teeth cleaned because his dental hygienist(s) are always gentle and constantly making sure that you one is quite comfortable. New to Palm Springs, I searched the internet for a well regarded dentist close to home. Dr. Chang was one of many, but none of the others had consistent five star ratings. I made an appointment and visited Dr. Chang's office today. From the initial encounter at the front desk to the interaction with the dental tech and the hygienist, the entire experience was thorough, professional and pleasant. Dr. Chang saw me at the end and reviewed the x-rays with me as well as the hygienist's findings. Each person communicated well and, for the first time in my experience in any dental or medical office, the charges were explained to me with an indication of what my insurance would cover and what it might not. I will definitely recommend Dr. Chang to other friends who are relocating here as well as those who may be seeking a different dentist.

We are visitors from the UK, and my wife had a dental malfunction on the aircraft from Heathrow to Los Angeles late on a Friday evening. On the following Monday morning Dr Chang's office invited us to attend his surgery as soon as we called and 24 hour later, my wife's smile was completely restored, and we are completely confident that the advice given about further treatment on return to the UK is professionally totally sound. Dr Chang and his staff were sympathetic, helpful, kind and empathetic. We are profoundly grateful and can recommend Dr Chang and his team unreservedly.

Exceptional Dentist and support staff, we've been seeing Dr Chang now for 2 years and his staff goes out of their way to make us comfortable. I prefer the old method of cleaning w/o the Cavitron and they are great at working with me. I appreciate they are willing to deal with my insurer and all their requirements. Issues are explained clearly with the electronic x-rays. I highly recommend this team.

I've just started going to Dr. Chang. Everyone there made me feel welcome. They were all professional and the experience was great (considering we're talking about going to the dentist!). I'm so glad to have found his office and would highly recommend his office to anyone.

I have received outstanding dental work from Dr. Chang and assistance from his hygienists and office staff. I've had a tooth pulled and a partial installed. Very clean and comfortable. The x-rays and technology are amazing parts of Dr. Chang's practice.

I came to Dr. Chang after a bad experience with a Dentist in Palm Desert. He did a full set of x-rays for free and I got a fantastic cleaning from Cassi. He also did a great job reconstructing a damaged tooth. Definitely one of the best dentists I've been to ever.

I had my regular cleaning yesterday at Dr. Chang's office and per expectations, it was great. Always on time, extremely friendly and caring plus great service. I've had other services also including a filling and the work has been first class. I would recommend his office to all.

The first telephone contact to schedule an appointment makes you feel welcome. When you arrive all the office staff are friendly, helpful, skilled, and compassionate. After meeting Dr. Chang it is no wonder that he would have such a competent and gracious team as it is exactly how he is!

I had a bad tooth infection this weekend when I was in Palm Springs. I found this practice on google and called them. Thankfully they were able to schedule me right away. They were able to fix me right up.

One thing that I noticed was how gentle the dentist was. Usually it's a pretty painful experience because I have sensitive teeth. Plus the assistant, Andrea, was super friendly and helpful.

I highly recommend this dentist.

Dr. Chang is his staff are just wonderful. He has a great "Bedside" manner. He is very thorough as well as his staff.
