What a joy it was to have such excellent care. Everyone and I mean everyone was beyond helpful and supportive of each other to ensure that I received prompt professional service. From the moment I made the appointment, James was so helpful. Dr Jackson was the best dentist I’ve ever had the privilege of having. And I’m 75, so I’ve had a few. Gotta take care of what the good Lord’s given me. Thank you James, Dr Jackson, Susan, Gina, and Karina!! Amazing experience, deep cleaning and a complete ( necessary) porcelain crown all on my first visit, I was so grateful…. It was more like a spa day. I highly recommend this team for anyone looking for a good dental office.

I love Plaza Dental Group. Everyone is super friendly. We love Dr Jackson and staff. I just had my teeth cleaned by Shannon and she is amazing. My husband and all 3 of my children see Dr Jackson and they all adore him and that says a lot. My children have never looked forward to going to the dentist before but now they don't mind at all.

I received an answer to prayer today because Dr. Jergensen help identify something I have been dealing with for 10+ years inside the left side of my mouth and jaw. From the moment I walked into Plaza dental group, I knew this dentist office was different. The receptionist (Chip) was friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable about the practice and insurance breakdown. Doctor Jackson is a phenomenal dentist with a very kind disposition. He was informative about the procedures deemed necessary. During said procedures, he was gentle and told me about the process step by step. He also made sure the comfort level met my needs. *The dental hygienist and assistants are very friendly as well*

My anxiety about going to the dentist has been greatly reduced because of this experience. If you are looking for a Dentist- look no further. I highly recommend Doctor Jackson and Plaza Dental group!

I was terrified to go back to the Dentist from bad experiences and overall anxiety over going. From the office Staff James, to the girl who did my X-rays to the Dr. and hygienist Dr Gina they were all phenomenal. I have more work to do but they have made it seamless and comfortable for someone who has high anxiety at the dentist.

I had a lingual frenectomy today, which was done and over with within a half hour or so. It was amazing and the procedure was done by Dr. Jergensen, Rebekah, and Delia. Amazing team! They made me feel very comfortable and kept me calm the whole time. They were very nice and talked to me during the procedure, which I found was nice. Thank you so much again!!

My husband saw Dr. Jackson recently and we greatly appreciate his clinical care. Dr. Jackson is extremely personable, very kind and caring of his patients and he is a marvelous dentist. The office manager, Chip, is gracious and very helpful with working with patients re financial matters. Plaza Dental Group is a terrific dental office and we highly recommend this dental practice!

Had a fantastic experience at this dentist office! I brought my 2 year old son in to check his teeth for the first time and Dr Jackson was very pleasant with the exam! I also came back for a deep clean and they did a filling. When I came back for a cleaning I just ate a big fat burrito and asked should I brush my teeth. They said I didn’t have to but if I wanted to they could give me a tooth brush kit and they allowed me to brush my teeth before the cleaning. Such nice people!! I highly recommend trying this place if you need dental work done! Honest and friendly staff!! Oh yeah they gave me 2 different sets of glasses to wear so their head lamps were not bright! Recently got a lot of work done by Dr. Jackson at Plaza Dental Group and they are the best dentist office I have been to. Very friendly staff and Dr. Jackson is amazing, very knowledgeable, patient and makes sure you are always comfortable which is a problem I have had in the past with other places. Will definitely be coming back for all my dental work and would recommend!

Fantastic office experience here with our complicated insurance ordeal. After dealing with 3 other offices this was the only one able and willing to help in getting my son referred to a pediatric dentist. We just found out this year that our insurance has a cut-off of age 7 and he is 9. The other offices could have but one just didn't do it right and wouldn't try again, the next only referred within in their network and even then they would not help in getting our insurance to cover it, next office wouldn't even help at all with a referral. This has been the only knowledgable office and willing to go the extra mile of filling out forms and submitting them for us. They know what they are doing!!
The patience and kindness to go out of their way to help us has been incredible to me. They are not even the ones who will get paid to do his teeth but have been doing all that they can to get my son into the right hands.

I can’t even start to express my gratitude to all the staff and doctors at plaza dental! They are ALL phenomenal and trustworthy. My husband has had two dental emergencies and they were able to get him in same day both times! Not only great patient care but friendly and efficient.

Always a great dentist experience when I go. Everyone is very kind, attentive and knowledgeable of their work. Gina is a great hygienist. Chip is always eager to help any way he can and James is very thorough and efficient with great customer service. Great place all around.

Dr.Jackson is the absolute best!! The entire team is great! I’ve been seeing them since 2017. I had a big fear of the dentist due to a past experience and from the first moment I sat down I felt safe and understood everything they were doing and why. The entire office work together on ensuring you are as comfortable as possible. A++

What a great experience I had with this team of compassionate professionals. I have a friend with Parkinson’s who needed some work on a tooth that was causing a lot of pain. Originally he was told he would need to have the work done in a hospital setting because of the Parkinson’s and the possible need for sedation. He had a referral appt with Dr Jackson who said he would handle it and made a special appointment for my friend to come in ASAP. Dr Jackson and his assistant, Rebekah, worked on the one tooth for almost an hour and fixed the problem. The office manager, Chip, was very kind, keeping me up to speed as the procedure went along. I also saw him interacting with other patients/ride givers (some of which I deduced through the conversations were long time patients) in the office in a friendly manner which palpably, reduced the stress level normally present in a dentist’s office.
Thanks Dr Jackson, Rebekah and Chip for raising the bar for all in your profession.

I needed a broken tooth extracted but my normal DDS didn’t feel comfortable doing it because I have another condition which adds complications. I was suffering with the pain for almost 3 weeks and finally found Dr Jackson. He spent almost an hour with me because the tooth crumbled but remained very patient and kind. Both Dr Jackson and his assistant Rebekah gave me the best experience at the dentist since my own dad was my dentist.
