Bundy Canyon Super Storage

Bern here for 2 years. Place is great. The guy who works there is awesome. Prices are great.

I’ve been a customer for a little over a year now and I gotta say that I’m mostly satisfied.

David is awesome. He’s always the person I’ve talked to when I come here and he was the one who set me up with my account. I have received a call from a woman, but not sure her name but she seemed pleasant from the once interaction.

One thing I’ve really liked is that they seemed to have the best bang for your buck and they will charge late fees, but they have been great at calling me to avoid me having to pay late fees. David says this is something they do for folks who do autopay. I changed banks and so my original card no longer worked, so they called me to do a payment over the phone.

The downsides I have are not small but nothing I feel deserves low rating.

- my monthly payment went up by about $20 a few months ago which is a huge percentage from when I started.

- the hours are lackluster. If I remember correctly, you have access to your storage between the hours of 7 AM to 7 PM, 7 days a week, but the office is only open 8 AM to 5 PM. This has only been an issue for me in that they require you to physically come in to make changes to your payment. These are bank hours, so difficult for some people to make time to come in. BUT they are open these same hours on Sat/Sun, so this is a non issue for most people. David was also really awesome one day in letting me come a little after 5 (just don’t come expecting that to happen)

Overall, though, I’m satisfied and would recommend these guys to anyone looking for storage at a decent price and with reasonable hours.

We are very satisfied with decision to store our belongings here. We had our home furnishings and keepsakes here for 6 months while between homes. We always felt that our belongings were safe and secure. The facility is very clean and easy to navigate with a trailer. One month my credit card didn't go through during the automatic payment. They were kind enough to call me immediately rather than charge me a late fee.

This storage place is awesome! we shopped around, and they were the cheapest, and largest for the prices! It's the only place that hasn't gotten robbed. They use special locks, I think that's the secret to safety. I have always gotten great customer service from them and I am glad we used them. Move out was easy, even during this COVID19 there wasn't any issue getting our stuff out and closing the account.

Great storage units and great staff! Was an awesome treat to receive a customer appreciation free month this month! I was a customer at a storage facility in menifee for 8 years and never received anything like that. Clean grounds and easy access right off the freeway. I eventually will empty mine out but will always recommend this place.

Great storage place. Rates are better than most. Easy to get in with car or truck. Been a customer for years , no issues

For my first time using a storage unit, this place was perfect.. great pricing, units secure, easy access, and when I was ready to pick up all my things and close out the unit David made the process super easy and friendly.

Good clean facilities with reasonable prices and the owners/management really care about people and their stuff. Meaning they would rather make a deal with you instead of immediately auctioning off all your belongings.

Facility is super clean, secure/safe, easy access to the 15 freeway and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend!

Clean facility, great customer service. Walked in, got a unit, no contract required. Fairly priced, easy freeway access. Would use again if need be.

Although the units were only drive up units, it's what we needed. It was affordable, and super easy to get. The unit was also very clean and well kept up.

Fairly priced... managers are awesome. Every month I go to pay he is very friendly and talkative.
