Finding a dentist is such a personal choice. I went yesterday for the first time to get a checkup and cleaning after reviewing several dentists here. Kristin, the dental hygienist, is just incredible! Such a nice person, great listener, and knowledgeable about her profession in ways you rarely see today. I had waited 2 years so I needed the attention, and my teeth and gums have never felt better after she went to work on me. I saw Dr Norheim briefly and will return for some crowns. But I feel this was the best decision. Thanks to all.

Dr. Norheim and his staff are always welcoming and provide the utmost in professionalism and skill. Not only does Dr. Norheim restore your teeth but at the same time he listens to your experience and makes necessary adjustments accordingly if needed. All of my initial concerns were replaced with a result that is satisfying to say the least.

I have been a patient of Dr. Norheim for 20 years.
His staff is always friendly, cheerful and professional. Dr. Norheim has a deft touch with the needle so there is barely any sensation when the anesthetic is being given.
Thanks to his hygenist's expertise, I haven't had the need for needle and associated work for better than 10 years.
I would not go anywhere else;

I tried several dentists when I moved to Palm Springs, but was satisfied with none until a friend recommended Dr. Norheim. He and his staff have been treating me for years now and I couldn't ask for better. I particularly like how Norheim and his assistants treat me like a person and not an inanimate object on an assembly line.

I've been with Dr. Norheim for at least 6-7 years now and really enjoy my visits. Well "enjoy" is maybe not the right word , but I do feel well taken care of there by both himself and his hygienists. It feels very personal and professional at the same time. Highly recommend Dr. Norheim!!!!!

Small operation with intimate and extremely professional service. You feel like you are in good hands as soon as you walk in. Technician at front desk is clearly experienced and knowledgeable in the field. Doctor is personable and skilled.

I contacted Dr. Norheim for an implant crown and explained to his assistant what needed to be done. I received a call back from his assistant with the cost of the treatment plan and my out-of-pocket cost which is incorrect. I told his assistant that their quote for my out-of-pocket cost was wrong, but that I would call my insurance company and would let them know the correct amount. I spoke with my dental insurance company and they indicated that Dr. Norheim's quote for my out-of-pocket cost was indeed wrong. They gave me the correct cost and phoned back to let the dentist know. The assistant called me back to tell me that the dentist had said that I have to pay the out of pocket cost they quoted - which was wrong- and added that the dentist had told his assistant to also tell me that "this office was not for me." Clearly this dentist is unethical and highly unprofessional

Over several months I had my teeth cleaned twice and Norheim never examined my teeth.

The careless dentist!!!
