The ladies at the front desk were very polite, professional and had amazing customer service skills!! The dentist assistant was very helpful and kind, the dentist did an incredible job with my son’s extraction the process was smooth and quick!!

I came in today 5/28/24, I just wanted to hop on here and say thank you to the dentist and to the assistance who helped me today. They’re very knowledgeable, clean and time efficient. they removed two of my wisdom teeth perfectly here.
( which I appreciate.) I’m a cry baby scary cat with a low pain tolerance and I hardly felt a thing. Highly recommend them , they’ve just earned a new patient for future treatments. :)

It's hard to find a good dentist. Dr. Patel is really a good dentist. His assistants are wonderful as well. I walked in with a lot of anxiety over a wisdom tooth erupting sideways. I knew it would be a difficult extraction but he popped that sucker out with little effort in 90 seconds and no pain, minimal bleeding and I didn't even need sutures.
He was very calming, had alight touch. Dr. Patel and his staff made a stressful situation a rather decent experience as far as extractions go. I highly recommend him!

This dentist and his staff are not only friendly and compassionate, but extremely efficient with paperwork and insurance and proficient with procedures. It’s a very rare thing to not have anything go wrong with my insurance, let alone with the kind of dental care I require. Something always goes wrong, I end up in unnecessary pain and have to wait long periods of time so before I even call a dentist, I’ve got to be in the right frame of mind. 😂 Not this time…nope! It was PERFECT!

I had such a horrible experience with my last dentist and he left me with permanent trauma as well as cost me thousands of dollars extra and changed my appearance for the worst. Eating was difficult for years and I couldn’t bring myself to go back to him, so when I called Palm Canyon Dental, I had to mentally prepare for and plan for pain and disappointment and get ready to deal with whatever changes I’d have to face. None of that happened. Everything was wonderful! Everything turned out beautifully!

Dr. Patel knows exactly what he is doing and I could hear how he instructs and praises his technicians as they assisted them and trained them on new techniques and I was so impressed. And when it came to talking to me, Dr. Patel was not only knowledgeable and compassionate, but clearly he intended to get my smile right and make me beautiful again. He did. I can’t believe how he restored my face to how it used to look and my teeth to better than they’ve ever looked. Ever.

There were no glitches, no extra charges and the best part, aside from my beautifully restored smile, is that it took far less time than I was told it could take. The ladies on his staff do their jobs very well, are always kind and professional and they don’t drop the ball! That’s a new experience for me at a dental office. They over-delivered each and every time and made a very unpleasant situation so bearable for me. I look and feel beautiful and they got it right the first time! No adjustments needed and that is saying a lot for what I had done.

I highly recommend this dentist and his staff and give 5 stars for every category. I will refer Dr. Patel to anyone asking for a good dentist and will continue to see him as needed with no anxiety!

I'm so glad I met Dr. Patel, I've been putting off getting my teeth pulled for decades due to hypersensitive pain disorder that I suffer from(especially in my mouth). Dr. Patel was so nice and understanding, he catered to all my needs and helped me not to have an anxiety attack during the procedure. He had to break up the procedure over a two day period just to cater to my special needs. When I first moved here I didn't know what dentist to go see so a friend referred me to Dr. Patel. I referred my son Nicolas to him and I just found out that my ex wife went to him for an extraction as well, so now he is our Family dentist. I highly recommend Dr. Patel and his wonderful staff, which includes his lovely wife, who was also so very nice and compassionate to my needs. Dr. Kirit Patel is most definitely the right choice for all your dental needs, moreover I cannot believe what little pain I am experiencing considering he pulled all my teeth. Dr. Patel is very gentle and extremely nice, I highly recommend him for whatever your dental needs may be. His new office is extremely nice and very comfortable with plenty of parking.

Dr. Patel and his staff are second to none! The service I receive is by far the greatest I’ve received at any dental office. Dr. Patel is attentive to detail with every tooth. My wife and son also see Dr. Patel for their dental needs and they too receive the red carpet treatment from the moment we walk in to the moment we walk out. Dr. Patel and his staff are curtious, polite and efficient with everything they do. I would highly recommend this dentist to anyone and everyone with dental needs. Five stars all the way!

I've trusted my dental work to Palm Canyon Dental for about three years now. Everyone is extremely friendly, the office is well organized and clean and a calm environment. I'm usually in and out under an hour with xrays and cleaning. I will continue to be a faithful patient for years to come!

Bright and early at 7 AM, I had a surprising encounter with my very old crown – it decided to part ways with my front tooth! Whether it leaped out of my mouth or took a detour down my throat, I can't say for sure!

As the morning unfolded, a discomfort began to nag at my mouth. To my astonishment, a quick glance in the mirror revealed a missing tooth and a ghastly, decaying old companion.

Sensing the impending pain, I wasted no time and reached out to my insurance provider for help, as I was without a regular dentist. They swiftly located an emergency dentistry service in my Palm Springs neighborhood.

With them on the line, I spoke to the delightful Angelina, the receptionist, who was not only professional but also sympathetic. She secured me an appointment for the same day at 1 PM, setting my mind at ease.

Upon meeting Dr. Patel and his stellar dental assistant, Leslie, they immediately sprang into action. X-rays were taken, my neglected dental condition was assessed, and a plan was swiftly put in place. Dr. Patel, noticing my long absence from dental care, offered to clean my teeth on the spot. He also skillfully addressed the sensitivity and irritation in my receding gum lines, and transformed my front teeth from eyesores to assets. This was crucial as I had a three-hour online workshop to lead on Saturday – I couldn't afford any distractions!

Arriving just before 1 PM to fill out new patient paperwork, I was amazed at the efficiency. By 2:15 PM, I was back in my car, the dental ordeal behind me.

The entire experience was seamless and painless, leaving me impressed beyond words! So much so that I've already scheduled a follow-up visit to address the other side of my mouth.

In Dr. Patel and his remarkable team, I have found more than just a dentist – they are the guardians of my smile. Moving forward, I am committed to giving my teeth the care they truly deserve, thanks to the outstanding care provided by this dental dream team!

I haven’t been to dentist in 5yrs. I felt very comfortable here and the Dr was great. I was pretty anxious cause it’s been so long , but he reassured me that I would be taken care. And I was with him and his staff !!!

I highly recommend the services at Palm Canyon Dental! The office personnel, dental techs, and the Dentist are amazing. We are always greeted by smiling faces and I love how friendly and attentive everyone is with my six year old as well as informative!
