Wow! Where to begin? Manny, Gigi & Staff always give top notch service! They explained what my old insurance was covering, but most importantly what my old insurance WASN'T covering. I worked with Gigi to get my policy started and she really does have her customer's best interest at heart. She always reminds me that she's "co-dependently frugal" making sure that I'm getting the most coverage for my budget. Allstate ended up being slightly more monthly, but she got me more than double the coverage and EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE! I'm a PERSON NOW to my insurance, not just A POLICY NUMBER! I lucked out stumbling on an insurance agency that LEADS WITH INTEGRITY and making sure that they do everything in their power to help us when we had an issue with claims. They made sure that WE were being taken care of just like we were family! Give them a call. You won't regret it.

Jordan is so amazing. She absolutely does her best to get you the best rates possible. If you have a high insurance please talk to Jordan from Allstate and have her help you to see if you can get a better rate. She is so sweet and cares about the customer. They are always responsive and send you helpful emails and call to talk about any questions that you might have. Allstate is by far the best insurance I’ve ever had !! Tell Jordan that Scott sent you to her as well.

I needed full coverage that I could afford. My old coverage was inexpensive, but didn’t offer much in terms of other incentives, lower deductible at a good price. That’s what I received by the Allstate staff at Manuel Bonilla’s office. They answered all my questions, even some I didn’t know I had. I got all the services I requested, and much much more. The staff was professional, experienced, articulated the policy in everyday people language so there was no confusion, super friendly, and easy to connect with.

Gigi and Jordan were so helpful in getting my boyfriend and I a way better insurance rate! They were both patient and polite when I had questions. As well very professional I would definitely recommend to all my friends and family!

Service: Gigi was extremely friendly, helpful and patient. She helped us save money transferring over our auto insurance.

Claims: Unfortunately we got in an accident within a month and we were at fault. The claims process was smooth. There were no surprises. It covered the other car and the other person's minor medical. Our car received a reasonable valuation for a total loss. The medical ended up only being a handful of chiropractic appointments and was quick and easy to address on the medical coverage of our auto policy.

I work for a mortgage company and I needed help with a difficult policy. Selena is by far the best insurance representative I have ever worked with. She was extremely friendly, quick to respond, and handle everything in 1 day. I was impressed with how professional she is. Her knowledge in the insurance industry is well above average. If you need any policy help ask for Selena!

I actually reached out to them about 6-7 months prior to actually moving forward with a policy. I am actually glad I chose them because I realize I was getting a better deal than what other insurers have to offer. You don’t feel like you are being “sold” on anything which is what I like. I was assisted by Gigi and she actually gave me several options and scenarios so I could decide what was best for my budget. I was previously with AAA insurance and to be quite honest, with auto, home owners and the actual road side assistance, I was paying way too much with very little coverage. I regret throwing so much money away (especially during a recession). But all in all, I saved hundreds on my home owners insurance.

The receptionist is very kind the insurance brokers husband and wife really do give you the best insurance options including my renters. It’s nice to know someone has your back and you just relax and live your life knowing you have a very great insurance company like Allstate behind you. Great job keep up the great work and dedication.

I appreciated the customer service Zoie gave and was super sweet on the phone. Stevie is our favorite agent! She is always so knowledgeable and patient. I don’t always understand the insurance terminology, but Stevie is always willing to explain it to me.
