Magical. I’m just a regular guy with both ankles fused. I have not walked without pain in 20 plus years. Even as a kid, I had bad feet. I agee the lady that works there’s bad for business but the owner is a genius. I’m telling you I have credibility I have foot doctors ankle doctors. I had ankle surgery on both ankles multiple times nobody has ever suggested the inserts and such solutions through any of this and I am walking into this place in Sun City California, which looks like a old worn out shopping mall but there is the genius change my life I can walk I never was able to walk around the block, I was always a bicycle guy. Nobody really knew what was going on. He’s freed me. Yes the best shoes so yes they cost more but they are the best everything he has is the best for his category. I highly recommend everybody go there for any shoe get checked out I mean I want a whole lifetime I’m 61 for God sakes and I’m finally getting relief

The gentleman who works here, Sun, is very knowledgeable and thorough. I have serious feet problems that extend through my back and neck. He spent what I'd estimate as 3 hours with me over the course of two visits to make sure the custom orthotics and shoes I got actually work. He also fixed my old orthotics at no charge, fixed two pairs of leather boots I have with regards to their fit, and showed me a great pair of shoes I'd not heard of before.

Overall it's the most thorough and best experience I've had with a fitting and orthotics, and I've been getting them for about the past 25 years.

I'll be bringing my grandfather back here to see if Sun can help him with his lower back problems, that's how good the service was.

I got 2 pairs of shoes. Sun Lee was very helpful and noticed that I was walking and leaning to the right. Come to find out my right leg was shorter by 3/4". He put a spacer in shoe and was walking straight with no pain. I highly recommend him and shoe store.

I stumbled upon Comfort Shoe Center while looking for taps for the heels of my boots and met a gentleman name Sun Lee. During our conversation, Sun Lee mentioned he is a vendor for the VA. I explained some of the issues I was having getting my boots and custom inserts from the VA and Sun Lee conducted an on the spot exam. Sun Lee provided me with the codes needed for the VA and I was subsequently authorized to receive a pair of boots and custom inserts from Sun Lee. I was very impressed with his knowledge and with the equipment he used to cast my feet for inserts - within 2 weeks I received a pair of boots with custom inserts – this was amazing as it was taking me 3-4 months with the VA. I highly recommend Sun Lee for veterans or any other customers looking for a professional in his craft. The boots/inserts fit like a glove.

I have got to say we are so glad that we went to this shoe center. The best experience ever. Sun Lee made sure we got the proper shoe fit. He measured observed and listened to our particular complaints. We purchased two pair of gdefy shoes and our best purchase all year. I have problems with my feet inflammation kicks in concerning plantar fasciitis. The past couple weeks have been miserable for me. Sun properly measured my feet, I tried them on and I am telling you the absolute truth. I felt the difference and pain was relieved. I could walk the floor of the shop back and forth. Each time it felt better and better. Before I went into the store I had a limp and my foot hurt. The muscles were tight. Being flat footed didn't help. To tell you the truth I was going to just wait for my roommate outside. Ok had to go to the restroom and was dreading walking to find one. So I went in my roommate was trying on shoes and I asked to please use the bathroom. No hesitation Sun Lee was polite and gracious granting me the use of the restroom. Afterwards I walked and sat down by my roommate and Sun asked if I was experiencing pain in my feet. So cutting to the chase Sun Lee suggested some shoes of course I was reluctant but tried them on. First time ever and like I said my feet and ankles say Thank you Sun Lee. The best quality walking sneaker/shoe I have ever had. Both of us are very happy we were customers and yes we will be back.
No doubt...proper foot care is so important. Home now and I don't want to take off my new shoes. My feet are supported properly.

Bought my first pair of SAS shoes yesterday and can't believe how comfortable they are! Thank you to the woman who helped me pick them out. You are an Angel! For the first time in months, I was able to finish an 8 hour shift at work without pain in both feet suffering from Plantar Fasciitis. I told her I would be back to buy some more if these shoes worked for me. I can't wait to purchase my next pair!

For over 30 years I've lived with foot and knee pain. I always chalked it up to being a bit over weight and perhaps being less active then I should be. I've spent over a thousand dollars on inserts from "as seen on tv" commercials, Amazon, Walmart, and other stores with little relief. I don't want to even think about how much I've spent on shoes. I even got some of those rigid custom orthotics (which may work for some people) from my podiatrist that made my pain even worse. Anyhow, the past few years working 12 hour shifts in an ER was starting to take a toll on me. I even contemplated quitting my job because of the constant pain.

That's when my co-worker showed me his custom orthotics and shoes he got from Comfort Shoe Center. I originally went to the San Diego store and met Sun Lee. I was extremely impressed with his knowledge and the equipment he used to diagnose my problems and concerns. I purchased two pairs of shoes and custom orthotics. The shoes themselves, helped alleviate the pain even before the custom orthotics were ready. The shoes became even more life changing for me once I picked up the orthotics a few weeks later at his Sun City store location. Seriously it feels like I'm walking on clouds now. The plantars fasciitis issues in both of my feet have completely heeled. I'm so glad Sun Lee had various styles in my shoe size in stock since I'm such a difficult fit.

Anyhow, I want to thank Sun Lee and Custom Shoe Center for making my feet happy again. I look forward to coming back for my future foot needs.

It's a small hidden place. The lady who help me actually measure my feet. I have not had that happen in I don't remember when. I am happy with the shoes I bought.
