Crossing Dental Group and Orthodontics

Crossing Dental group has help me built my trust with dentist again. Starting from the front office Jackie Rosa and the whole staff was amazing answered all my questions and it seems they all know what they are doing and have great knowledge. The assistants on the back are amazing they were very patient with me and especially Mariana Molina had the patient and time to explain to me everything she was doing. Was very gentle with the X-rays. I will refer my friends and family here.

I have been going to Crossing Dental Group and Orthodontics for last 5 years. Lindsey dental hygienists always make me at ease while doing regular & deep cleaning. Dr. Shakil is very thorough in her exam & explanations. She explain very well and make me comfortable to make my own decisions. In last few years Dr. Shakil has done excellent quality work like fillings, crown and referred to specialist as required. The office staff are also welcoming. friendly and answer my all questions. Finally, I found an excellent Dental Hygienist Lindsey and Dentist Dr. Shakil.

Very professional place, from the moment you walk in the door, you're greeted with a friendly receptionist, and friendly staff, then you get taken in by one of the dental assistants who make you feel very welcome and finally the Dr. Is very personable and friendly and knowledgeable. They did x-rays and showed me everything I needed to repair my teeth, the front office staff went out of their way to itemize all the work I needed done in order of priority; I highly recommend you come here if you need dental work done.

Super friendly staff from the moment you walk in you feel welcomed. I’ve never had to wait long after checking in before being taken back. My dentist Dr. Shakil is amazing and such a nice person. They work with you on payment plans which is really nice as well. I am extremely satisfied that I switched to this dentist and happy with my decision. I love it here and highly recommend to any looking for a new dentistry.

Nicole Habib at Crossing Dental Group is a singular practitioner. I can say that in all of my experiences in big cities, having lived around the world, and in New York City for an extended time, her manner, communication, efficiency, and kindness render her as the ideal, no matter where you may have come from. A perfect experience.

Love this office! I have been a patient at this office since 2016 & their service is always the best. Tina greeted me for my appointment with the brightest smile. Angie did wonderful taking my X-rays & did not hurt me one bit. Dr. Shakil & her assistant Zu are professional as always. I can’t wait until my next 6 month check up!

I was so happy with my entire experience at Crossing Dental Group. It had been a while since I had been to a dentist for a cleaning and checkup. The whole staff was thorough, gentle, and make me feel incredibly comfortable. I cannot say enough good things about Lauren, my hygienist who did my cleaning. She recommended great solutions to my teeth sensitivity and the entire process was quick and painless! I scheduled my next appointment before I left the office!!

I’ve been coming here for a few years now. Dr. Mercer is great, all the hygienists are really good, the girls in the front are always super nice and helpful. Office is clean, never had an issue.

First time that I have been to the dentist in a long time. I was greeted by a nice receptionist and was even offered a blanket since the office was cold. They were quick and knowledgeable. Love that they are open during the weekends.
