My son wanted a dirt jumper and we received excellent customer service at Bob's! Mike, one of the master mechanics, talked us through the options and explained features making our choice between different bikes much easier. Really like this bike shop. Will definitely be back!

Replacing a chain isn't as easy as it I thought. That's what brought me into Bob's for the first time. The chain was under $20 but I got a lot more. The mechanic volunteered to install it and while it was on the stand he adjusted the shifters, then the derailers, lubricated my cables and even topped off the tires. I got more than a chain and they got a new repeat customer.

Came out two times over the last 2 weeks as i had been thinking about getting back into riding. All the staff were extremely responsive, accommodating, and knowledgeable. Pulled the trigger on this beauty today and went straight to the river for a swim with the kiddos. Special thanks to David for setting the bike up to my specific needs, he and the team have successfully generated a loyal customer!

Over in fair Oaks to visit my brother and sisters in law for three weeks from the UK, and my wife extended the holiday for an extra 10 days, so went into Bod's Cycle Center to look at the bikes, and came out with a Giant fathom 29er hardtail very impressed with the bike, all the staff were very helpful, and swooped my brake levers to UK speck after I had a couple of near front wheel wash outs thank you to all the staff, looking forward to getting back to ride the bike next march, highly recommended..😁😁

Been coming here for service and these guys are amazing. Very knowledgeable and helpful. They also have a huge selection of bicycles: kid's bicycles, tricycles, electric one, mountain bikes, reaching ones, you name it... Overall a quality bike shop that I'd recommend to anyone.

The staff went above and beyond... if I could give them more than 5 stars, I would.. my trike was stolen and recovered and they got it back up and running

Bob's Cycle Center stepped up. Service after the sale. I was greeted by Nathan, he was very helpful and accommodating. Left my Giant Explore E-Bike because the motor was noisy. Got a call from Greg who said he took it for a long ride and agreed the motor was noisy. He reached out to Giant to get it taken care of. A couple of weeks later he called and said I was good to go. Couldn't be happier with the professional service, from the sales staff to the service department. I've been in business in the area for 40 plus years and I know that you don't just get a good reputation, you earn it! Thanks again! -Bill.

Instead of putting a bad rate to the other bike shop where I spent 40 minutes today just to refund tube because they put only one inexperienced guy to the cashier on the weekend when a bunch of clients standing and waiting while will they be served I will give 5 stars for Bob’s Cycle Center which has an amazing customer service and make everything to save your time!! Thank you!

A friend mine told me about this shop years ago and I finally took my Fuji cross in for a tune up and was looking to change to flat handlebars as well.
Before I asked Greg asked me how he could help.
He suggested a few adjustments and parts a few days later my bike is like altogether new. Everything fits perfect and rides better than ever.
Everyone was helping someone and all super friendly.

I brought my daughter's bike in for them to change the brakes. They did a wonderful job and were very reasonably priced. I brought it in again for a flat tire and they fixed it within 15 minutes. They have great customer service and great prices!

This store has great customer service! I purchased a BMX bike from them with the assistance from Remy, Chris, and Dave. They answered all my questions and helped me find the right bike for my 9 year old. All of them were so helpful, patient, friendly, and honest. Very happy with my purchase and my decision to buy from them!

Awesome service! I wasn't talked down to and was treated with the utmost respect as a woman and they got me back on the road in no time! This bike shop has been around for a long time for a reason. My back tire went out and I had to walk/ride it to the store. It was almost closing by the time I arrived and you couldn't even tell! I wish I could recall the man's name that helped me but he not only fixed my back tire, he adjusted my seat and fixed my back brake without a word or payment. When I got ready to leave he checked the front tire and I would have had another tire go out on my way home as that tube was ready to go. Again, closing time, yet he fixed it! Support local businesses, especially Bob's Cycles!!

Brought in the kids mountain bike in for a little tlc. The staff was friendly, efficient and helpful. My son was back in the saddle within a half an hour!

My husband and I wanted to get bikes as an investment in our physical health but we had no idea where to start. How do you know what size is what? What wheel size? What frame size? It was all very intimidating, so we decided to consult some professionals. We were not disappointed! We went in and Nathan was there to greet us. He gave us some amazing suggestions, let us try out any bike and encouraged us to try anything that piqued our interest. He truly wanted us to get bikes for our needs and that gave us the best experience. After making our selections, he tuned the bikes, added kickstands and made some recommendations for helmets. He shared some local trails that are good for beginners like us and really made for an incredible experience!

Each bike comes with a free tune up and free adjustments for the first 6 months. For a beginner that doesn’t know what will work, this is important for us!

Great experience and even if you are just looking for information, drop in! These guys truly know their trade.

I recently got a bike for recreational use and was introduced to this place by my neighbor who had nothing but great things to say about it. After frequenting this store a few times I can now understand why.

Upon my first visit, Will was helpful and extremely knowledgeable on what accessories I may need in the future and the best portable bike rack that would suite my needs.

During my second visit, I brought my daughter’s bike that needed the training wheels adjusted and a metal piece replaced. Although I was willing to pay since this bike was not purchased from this shop, they serviced the bike and supplied the new metal piece free of charge. I was shocked. You can tell they love bikes and have a passion of sharing that love with all their customers.

This place is definitely our go-to location for all our future cycling needs. Support this great small business. We need plenty more like them!

The service and staff are great! My disk brake rotor was bent and the guys there were super friendly and bent it back for me for free! You get the sense that everyone in there simply loves bikes and if you like bikes too you’re in instant good company!

This bike shop is fast, honest, knowledgeable, and friendly! I called Bob's Cycle this afternoon about putting a larger cassette on my road bike. Andrew answered and said, "Sure, come on over and we may be able to get it done today." The cost was only $15!!! I am very satisfied with the work that Christian did on my bike. He quickly put the new cassette on and was fine with me testing it out before I paid. It was a bit rough, so he made an adjustment, and I was on my way. Another bike shop (FB) said I would need to leave my bike over night and the cost would be $25.00.
My bike was repaired in less than 15 minutes. I highly recommend Bob's Cycle Center! Thank you Andrew and Christian for amazing customer service.
