Interesting place to visit. I didn’t have a chance to see the show, but the baked goods are excellent!
The coffee machine was broken at a time, and their regular brew leaves much to be desired, so I recommend coming with your own drink and enjoy some sweets in the shade in the table by the bakery.
People are very friendly and welcoming.

Visiting from LA and discovered this gem today. Had the best open faced sausage & pepper sandwich and great conversation with the owner. Will be back for sure.

Upon entering we were greeted by Luca. He was friendly and accommodating, helping us select a large assortment of pastries, all of which were fresh and baked in house. All of the pastries were delicious and a huge hit at the dinner party we brought them to. (This is coming from a Sicilian family of 1st generation Americans.) We were there in the early afternoon, but it looks like Frankie's place would be great for evening events, as there is a grand piano in the dining area as well as a fun speak easy back room. These are friendly people, doing the right thing. Check them out.

What a great little gem! We really enjoyed Bruce playing and singing and the food was wonderful. Great pricing on food and wine. Everyone is so friendly and happy to share the Italian experience. Music level was perfect....Will definitely be back and hope to hear Bruce again, too! Can't wait to bring friends to share this place!

This restaurant is amazing! The atmosphere and hospitality was hands down the best I've encountered in the valley. They have a hidden "Back Room" for meetings and banquets that is breathtakingly gorgeous. I didn't like my sandwich too much because I'm super picky, but they made up for it for being amazing people.

Wow! Amazing Italian bakery! Try the lemon bar, although I’ve tasted most of their goodies. You’ll be so happy with this bakery. We have an authentic delicious Italian bakery right here in the valley, surrounded by one of a kind artist galleries. Indoor and outdoor dining. I highly recommend this restaurant!!!!

Now this is a really pleasant and fun place. Frankie's offers an open mic night. The singers will be singing Oldies But Goodies or perhaps the most current songs. Dinner for appetizers are offered and one would not be disappointed and either appetizers or a dinner! Excellent Italian food!!

Ridiculously excellent! Looks small, but there’s actually an attached dinner theater that is quite nice. I got a tour of the place by two of the nicest guys ever. Open mic every Thurs.
We ordered up pastries for an “Italian” pool party (made to order cannolis & some pizzelles) and they were gobbled up in a hurry. Everyone raved about them!
This is the real deal! They make all kinds of dishes that we plan on trying. Great find in the Palm Springs area.

We recently celebrated our parents' 65th Anniversary at a local restaurant in Palm Springs. We are out of town and I researched the local area for a bakery. I used Frankie's Old World Italian Bakery and they were fabulous. Not only were they very easy to work with but the cake they created was beautiful and delicious. I would highly recommend them!

We’re new in town and just visited this bakery / restaurant for the first time. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming. We bought a bag of goodies: lemon bars, apple fritter, Italian bread, etc. FABULOUS! DELICIOUS!! We’re going back for dinner - can’t wait !! Great place.

Amazing hole in the wall in an industrial areaHidden in an industrial area, this is a true gem you must experience. The owner, Frankie, is very present, greeting everyone and making conversation. He's also a singer (used to sing on a cruise ship). Very talented. The food is great. The menu is limited, but amazing home cooked dishes. My husband had the meat lasagna, I had an amazing cranberry chicken salad. Meal sized, with homemade buttermilk and cranberry, homemade, dressing you'd want to drink. Absolutely loved it. The deserts in the display case are also homemade. Hard to choose only one!!!! We happened to cine on a Thursday night which is open mic night. Lots of amazing local talent, some professional singers, and musicians. Diane Schuur American jazz singer and pianist was here tonight. 23 albums to her credit. Make a reservation though. Very small place, limited seating.

An amazing discovery! Great atmosphere, amazing food ( you MUST have one of Frankie's famous canolis) Open Mic night tonight, with some very polished singers. Can't wait to go back!

It's a must stop to shop, great Italian breads, sweet breads, strawberry, banana, chocolate, blueberry, cookies we had his Manicotti last night and the ravioli, both were delicious. Lemon bars, cookies and other sweets and lots of biscotti.

Just moved here from Ventura and decided to try this place for lunch. It is tucked away in a business are and hard to see. The staff, who are also the owners, were super friendly. Food was very fresh, very delicious and authentic. As we were leaving, my girlfriend saw the wide variety of fresh bakery goods and mentioned she makeshome made cannoli. The owner gave us two cannoli for free, which were delicious. Highly recommend this place. Pricing is very fair. An entree with soup or salad will run $10.00. Enjoy!

What an amazing little restaurant! It isn't just a bakery! The friendly atmosphere is unmatched. I have never had a more delicious eggplant parmesan and the meatballs are superb! Just off Perez iin Cathedral City, CA

They also allowed our LQHS Varsity Choir girls to entertain their crowd with some Holiday carols. Everyone there was so inviting. And their Canon is were fabulous! Can't wait to go there for a sit down.

Wow. Just wow. The pastries are straight from another continent. Frankie really knows his craft and you walk in the door and you immediately know you’re someone special.
