Superior Court of California, County of Riverside - Family Law Courthouse

I needed some papers the lady at the window was nice polite and efficient . thank you also to the officers at the entrance.

Google maps will guide you to the main parking lot of the courthouse. The parking lot is easily accessible from the main road. All parking is metered. You must park your vehicle then pay at the meter as your parking slot number is required in order to receive the ticket you will then place on your dash. Entrance into the building is a fairly quick. Face masks are not currently required. Public restroom 🚻 are available. Handicap accessible.

I believe customer service reps feel as if they have some sort of power due to the legal aspect of the family law situation. I have seen this in municipal court as well. Not too overbearing but when we are all stressed out and need help we deserve respect and compassion and I see absolutely no training being done to assure the stress doesnt take over the clerks that run the paper work through. I am grateful for their efforts however someone, the manger needs to be visible and overlook their work force to ensure none of this occurs. Ever! I was told that because i didnt have a case number i couldnt be helped. I went to the free paralegal clinic and they helped me find it in two seconds.

I love how real the judge is on 502 he just keeps it 💯 and sees through lies its amazing how much moral character he has. He was awesome !!!!

It's very clean but they must not have turned the heat on, bring a sweater

Even though the wait was long, the clerk was very helpful, and the self-help tools available on line and at the center are great.

I found the clerks to be quite helpful, as i did my own divorce.

would you guys know if they take lunch at 12? or there's people available helping at 12?
