Nice employees attitude clean store fast service but they don't have that size that im need.

HORRIBLE customer service, went in to look for shoes for my nieces prom. We were not greeted and as soon as we walked in the girl walked to the back, we looked around a bit and when we found a shoe we liked we waited for about 5 minutes for her to come out and when she didn’t I kindly said excuse me, she came out with an attitude and when she brought out the shoes she threw them on the counter. I kind of just wanted to walk out and not purchase anything but my niece had already been looking at a few stores and wasn’t finding anything to her liking so we did end up purchasing there but NEVER AGAIN
Oh and she never came out from behind the register, every shoe we wanted to try on we had to take to her

I attempted to exchange the shoes for a bigger size a few minutes after buying them at the store and the lady told me they could not exchange them because of their store policy even though she never informed me of this before the purchase. The lady, I think her name is Jessica Rodriguez, told me to come tomorrow to talk to the manager. I did as she said but the manager was not there and when she called him she did not let me talk to him. Basically made me drive all the way back even though I bet she knew the manager was not gonna be in (otherwise why not let me talk to him?).

Beware, this store is a fraudulent SCAM OPERATION attempting to operate outside of California consumer protection laws.

I purchased a pair of boots from here and the same day I decided to go back and exchange them for a larger size. The female employee working (Jessica) refused to exchange them. She NEVER informed me when I was buying them that there were no exchanges or returns, which is required. She called the manager and refused to let me speak with him. I have never experienced worse customer service than I have at Casa De Paco.

The bitter lady was rude and when I told her that I would write a bad review on google, she said she did not care.

The customer service was the worst I’ve ever had. The lady didn’t smile, greet us and even when we asked for help she didn’t walk past the register, we had to walk everything over to her. She was more concerned with playing with her hair and didn’t make any effort to help us. When she did find the shoes we wanted she just sat it on her counter and said the size, expecting us to walk across the store to grab it. I don’t understand how someone who is in customer service could be so rude

I got a pair shoes for my granddaughter went back cuz shoes was not comfortable , they told me No Returns I said why you didn’t tell me when I bought it ? She said we don’t have to tell you. I said this is No a good customer service ! Then she offered to come back when owner is in , I said forget it I don’t want to come back here ! I try to find a shoes But they doesn’t have a selection ! I will never go there again! No good customer service, no good shoes selection!

THE WORST COSTUMER EVER! I TRIED SHOES AND I LIKED IT BUT WHEN I ASKED FOR A NEWER ONE THAT DOESN'T HAVE SCUFFS, HE BLATANTLY TOLD ME WE DON'T HAVE ONE. WENT TO THE REGISTER AND PAID BUT TOLD ME HE DOESN'T WANT TO SELL THE SHOES TO ME . ASIAN SUPPOSE TO HAVE GREAT MANNERS BUT I SUPPOSE NOT ALL OF US! I'M ASHAMED!

This store lacked customer service, the lady at the register never lifted her head to acknowledge me or even a greeting, and when I walked over to ask a question I received a smart reply and she continued about her business and when I asked another question she didnt even look up, I walked out all the while looking her way she never lifted her head.This type of service hurts a business.
