The best customer service. All hands on deck, Roger and Kalyan were excellent and knowledgeable. We bought 2 bikes and were completely satisfied when we left the store.

A person choosing to work in retail needs to remember that customer service should be one of your main focus in your job! Greeting your customer with a smile is just the beginning! My husband and I bought Oakley's and another item yesterday. Four people assisted us. One we believe was a manager, Lana? Laura? She did not smile or look us in the eye. There was also a guy who did not even greet us, he only pointed at us once the, manager-like lady showed up at the counter. The reason we are giving the store five stars is because of the two girls who were the epitome of customer service! They both took care of us! They acknowledged, greeted and were cheerful! Savanah was super bubbly and let us know she would be right with us, she then called for help to unlock the case. Destinay, greeted us as we walked by and then later assisted us as we purchased our items. Destinay should be the trainer for customer service for the other two! We will be back to purchase again because of these two wonderful workers!

I had Martin and Anthony assist me in purchasing a Nordic Track treadmill. They had taken the time to explain all the features. They are superb employees of your establishment.
