Lorna Jane - Palm Desert

I worked in retail for a large part of my life and have rarely seen a manager as dedicated to her customers as Mayra. With a product as amazing as Lorna Jane's it is no wonder she supports the brand the way she does. She not only accommodated my schedule by coming in a bit early, she also helped me find exactly what I was looking for and a bit more. The changes in the world have been challenging but Mayra made it seem a little better. I recommend that everyone reach out to her and add some Lorna Jane to their wardrobe it's more than just workout clothes.

Lorna Jane athletic wear definitely caught my eye. Their apparel is cute, trendy, and up to date. Unfortunately we were waiting for our table so I did not have time to try anything on. I should have and they should be more clear on what the return policy consists of instead luring you into buying product. The ladies were nice and attentive which was fine, however having a return policy that strict is ridiculous and it's definitely for a reason. The company knows their leggings are not quality leggings which is the reason they have that return policy. I always have acrylics, I live in athletic wear. No brands such as fabletics, lulu, gym shark have ripped due to be pulling up my leggings with my nails on. I would think that leggings originally priced at $100 would be able to withstand what a basic legging is supposed to withstand. All I did was pull them all like I do my usual leggings and there's a hole!!!!! That says a lot about the LEGGING MATERIAL. BEWARE! No wonder from 100 to 50 ,BAD MATERIAL.

1 star too much. They don't answer their phone at any time of the day. No answering machine. No communication on order. Take your order & money and nothing happens. Won't let my wife shop there anymore.
