I contacted this place recently in search of counseling. I gave Jasmine all the proper information and was told they have appointments available early December. This was fine of course. However, I was told that the office was really busy and she took my phone number and email and assured me she would contact me once she was able to schedule an appointment. After over a week of waiting with zero response, I contacted the office again. This time I spoke with Delia and she placed me on hold for a few minutes to attempt to find my file/paperwork. She came back on the phone a couple times to verify my info(bad sign), only to return and tell me that absolutely nothing had been done with the info I gave and would not allow me to speak with Jasmine to find out how or why- as she was the one that assured me of contact and early December appointment. Delia then informed me that there were no more appointments available until March next year. She did apologize that nothing was done but assured me that there was nothing further she can do to help or assist. I did not attempt to make an appointment for four months later as this was horrible service and completely unacceptable. I would recommend looking elsewhere for any service that this office can offer.
