Terrible! I call and schedule an appointment. I show up 30 minutes early. Get to the service agent who informs me I have a 2 to 3 hour wait. I say, "But I have an appointment." She says there are no appointments it is first come first serve. When you called you were only assigned an agent. Funny, the voice mail reminder said I have a service appointment! I took it to another ford dealer.
