I had the kindest, sweetest, most compassionate experience ever at this Clark store on July 31, 2021. I stopped in to sit down as I’m not used to the California heat and I started crying because I had seen my Marine — who left home over a year ago — for the first time just the day prior. It had been over a year since he left home and I was feeling incredibly emotional & quietly dying. The lady tapped on my shoulder softly, & looked at me with the kindest eyes. She offered me tissue and came back a few minutes later with a roll of tissue and a glass of water. She left me by myself in the most compassionate way to deal with what I was dealing with but also while taking care of me. This will be a part of my story forever. Thank you so much for the kindness and compassion you showed me yesterday. I live in the south and I can’t even imagine being treated in such a kind way. No words needed to be spoken. She just took care of me. There may have been a language barrier, I’m not for certain, but the kindness in her eyes & sweet gesture needed no spoken language. I am a Clark customer for life now!

The customer service at this store is amazing!! Dee spent over an hour yesterday helping my elderly Mother with finding shoes to fit. Dee is very patient, kind and is extremely knowledgeable of the Clark shoe line. It was a very satisfying shopping day for Mom at Clarks!

Excellent service and THE most comfortable shoes I've had on quite some time. A tad pricey, but very well worth it on a very good quality shoe .
