I'm bad with Names, but it was the manager or the owner of the store. I think ,he drives a black Mercedes anyways. He opened his door back up as I pulled up they where closed already, he gave me the greatest deal's ever on puffer's vapes e cigs . Anyways the nicest guy ever GREAT prices And he gave us stuff on top of it all.... ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐10 stars

Been going to this place for years!
Hell I don't even live in the area anymore and I still make the trek up there... The customer service is off the fricken' chart!!
This is what a "small business" should truly look like, a place in touch with it's customers and taking the time to treat everyone as though they are important to you!
(They understand that people can spend their money anywhere, and it's there job to make us wanna spend it with them!)

Best shop I know in the Inland Empire for all kine smoking accessories whatevah you need! From bongs to pipes to even randomly knifes! Why not! Get a bong and a samurai sword all in one place! Genius! Mahalos for always giving me discounts ! Best kine place!

My experience here is always nothing but amazing! The people working in the shop always have what I'm looking for at the best prices! Has a huge variety for everything and there is always new bongs everytime I go in! Literally love this place. Chris P has no idea what he is talking about and doesn't know good service when it's right in front of him, get some glass because Pipes n Knives is nothing but perfection!👌🏽

The owner is great as is the rest of the staff. I have talked to the owner on several occasions and he has gone out of his way to help me find a specific item for me which was no small task. I had been looking for months. He is now ordering it for me, and hope to have it this coming week. On other occasions we have had conversations about alternative medicine for my son. He took his time, told me all about it and the benefits. He even wrote down all directions, how to order, best way to order and where to go to get the best PHO. Yes food. Who would have guessed it was a food item that has nothing to do with his business. He was just helping someone, with no sells, no profits, just being kind. Hes a stand up guy in my book. I had a great time at pipes and knives! They gave great service, showed me a different variety of what I asked for, and was super nice! I'll be shopping there for a while. Chris p is clueless and is just trying to give them bad publicity. They are a great shop and you will find what you're looking for every time

They have a lot of cool things. I always go in there for sunglasses. A couple of my favorite pair are from there.I live in temecula and I would drive there before I would go to any other store like that. The main guy in there is very nice. Great customer service and good conversation

I live in downtown elsinore and Pipes N Knives is not only the closest smoke shop to me but they offer AMAZING customer service! The employees are incredibly knowledgable too! I'm glad this smoke shop is so close, I love this shop so much! They have great products and outstanding service. What's not to love? I definitely reccomend the shop!
