New patient!! First if all, they were very careful to not spread outside germs into the facility (even spraying the bottoms of my feet, AWESOME!) He was running a couple minutes behind, which is to be expected at the end of the day. I had a cleaning. Quick but thorough. Dr and his assistant were lovely. I haven’t had an easier experience. I’m SO happy I’ve found my forever dentist!! Thank you Dr and staff!

I’ve seen Dr Juarez for many years. He is awesome and his staff has always been kind and professional. I’ve gone to other dentists in town and he is by far my favorite.

Did not take X-rays, paid in cash, said I had no cavities until my tooth started breaking and I went to another dentist and they told me I had cavities and needed root canals. Do not go clearly unprofessional and poor judgement.

Barbaric! The worst dentist ever! The dentist is nice enough but my great grandparents had better dentists. Heavy handed. Not enough Novocaine. Barbaric to the point of cruelty to me. Horrible. Nice dentist but that does not make up for his lack of empathy.

I must warn everyone. I had a postal service box located in the same building with these guys. Anyway I needed dental care and thought I would give them a try.
I am now filing complaints with the state of California also my very large Grocery Store Union and the city of Palmsprings.
These people billed myself and insurance company for work they didn’t actually perform. I guess the fact that I once worked in a dental lab; Keating Dental Arts, Irvine Ca.
I went in and was scheduled 3 fillings, I was never told what teeth were being filled nothing. I went to appointment and was given one shot for numbing my mouth for 3 fillings.
I got one filling that day unless they put 3 fillings in one tooth. They submitted a claim for number 3,5 and tooth 19. Tooth 19 is on the other side of my mouth! Fraudulent practices here!
I will get my attorney involved.

I made the worst dession of my life coming here.The doc said my upper molar tooth wasn't savable and had to be pulled they didn't offer any options on what to do after when I asked the dental assistant a question about how long it would take to heal she told me to ask the front .The heavy set guy at the front didn't answer my questionand the whole staff just acted like they didn't want to be there. I had a huge hole drilled and they only gave Advil and no advice or options on implants or getting a bridge or whatever the options are

Sunrise Dental Office is the worst dentist ever. I had a molar removed yesterday and am in worse pain of my life today,Its still bleeding a lot which i dont think is normal.I asked the dental assistant a question about the healing she told me ask in the front and the obsese man that works in the front said that wasnt a question for him and was rude and I was already out of the back area so the staff wouldnt answer my questions and acted rude I also got attitude from the large guy in front as soon as I walked in he was saying things like we need to make sure we get our money like some thug even though my insurance paid for it all. I could smell his body oder from the waititng area it was gross and this man should not be working here as he lacks basic mannners and hygiene.
The dentist didnt talk to me at all even after I asked about what to do after as far as pain (no pain meds btw) and options to fill this huge hole.They just refused to speak to me pretty much,so unprofessional I felt like I was in a third world country at this place...

Dr what is a quack. His office manager is the most unprofessional, defensive, rude, foul mouth and ignorant buffoon. Not only does he bullys the patients, he bully's his staff and the doctor himself! The service and dental treatment that was given to my family member was completely unacceptable. For 9 months she has been in discomfort she has been suicidal and she has become a hermit due to fear of socializing because of the atrocious dental work she has received.

i never got to see the Doctor his receptionist which was male was the most rude person I have ever come in contact with. This person should never have a job dealing with the public!!!!! I would never step foot in the same room of his male receptionist again!!!
