I called in the morning for a delivery that day for a get-well bouquet. The order was easy to place on the phone. I saw a bouquet on their site I liked and she pulled up the site to confirm what I was referencing. The bouquet was personally delivered and my recipient was thrilled. I needed some floral arrangements for a memorial service on a short notice and Daisy Kart came through! I had never ordered flowers by phone before and the lady who helped me was so friendly, helpful, and detailed! The arrangements were delivered directly to the funeral home and were so beautiful in person. Thank you Daisy Kart for everything including making me feel comforted during a very difficult time! I highly recommend this shop and wish them many years of success!

Called to confirm an order for deliver today 10/11/21, that I placed online 10/10/21, advised it went to Oak Valley Florist in Beaumont, so I called Oak Valley to confirm, and advised they don't have the order, called Daisy Kart back did a conference call with all 3 of us and then advised by Daisy Kart it went to ASN Flowers and your employee was SOOOOOOOOOO rude, and when I asked her name, she hung up on me, then called back and spoke to Tammy who was just as rude, interrupting me and told me she could cancel my order. Not NORCO Friendly that's for sure and I will NEVER order another thing from Daisy Kart and will tell all my friends. The old owners were lovely polite people but your staff today....well, they are running your customers off.
