My favorite shopping place in the world. I have the pleasure to be your customer since more than 30 years. Sue is the most delicious person I had the honor to know and who have always precious advices and wonderful things to recommend.
I’l do my best to come again this year (from France, because here we have almost ugly expensive fabrics , all the same, without any sense of feminity.)

I love this little boutique. This store carries the right outfits for Palm Springs and other vacation spots. I purchased an outfit five years ago and went back last year and found another good quality outfit. I cannot wait to visit the sore this year. The owner is a very nice lady that remembers her customers.

Kay is very welcoming. We have visited the shop every year and the glamour and glitter is always very alluring. Always a pleasurable experience.

Such a beautiful and quaint store. The owner has been at this location 23 year's and carries clothing, shoes, purses, jewelry and accessories from all over the world.

My favorite vacation clothing shopping place

I used to love going to this shop and I have spent an exorbitant amount of money here. I live in Palm Desert and don’t get in downtown Palm Springs very often, that being said, when I come to the shop I usually end up wi 4-5 outfits or dresses. The last time I was there, about a month ago, I bought 4 outfits, 2 outfits being capri sets. I wash everything I buy before I ever wear it and don’t need to try things on that I have bought many times before. Well I recently went to wear one of the outfits and found that the top and bottoms were two very different sizes, the bottoms I cannot wear. I was in the shop today by accident or I would have brought the outfit with me. I asked about returning it, as it was not my mistake and I cannot wear it. The lady said she doubted it, but would call the owner. I was shocked to say the least. I’m pretty much the same size all over, so it would be obvious I would not do something like this and then try to bring it back. I received a call stating the owner would not return it as I don’t have the receipt. I don’t keep receipts of things I don’t plan to return. I know my size and I loved everything I bought. I’m flabbergasted that she will not return something that was caused by their error in not checking their merchandise. They also cut the tags off when you buy clothing there and they keep the tags, so you cannot prove you bought it there if you lose the receipt.

They have lost a very valuable customer and I will be spreading the word to everyone I know not to shop there. I used to take visitors there and tell everyone who complimented my wardrobe where they were. The owner is making a very poor business decision.
