I am a commercial truck driver and received a citation during the peak of COVID-19. I could not communicate with the court directly because they were closed for several months during the pandemic. I paid the amount due, and requested for a court date to contest. No one ever responded to me. I then followed up with a letter asking for help and to have a chance to defend myself, and then was denied this opportunity. I have been denied a right that we all have as citizens. This seems illegal, and at a minimum is certainly not within the spirit of what the courts represent in our judicial system...that our tax dollars pay for by the way. How could this be acceptable?

This place sucks, first time here and I did not know what to do when I walked in, security and police officer just kept looking at me, if you don't like your job why show up.

Window 3 is the rudest and unhelpful person. Like we're going through hard times as it is obviously and the clerks are supposed to be helpful and she does not help at all and on top of that rude. I didn't catch her name but, fyi just make sure you go into the court house knowing the papers you exactly need cause if u get her your going to be waiting forever to be turned down. Waste of time..
P.s. she has blonde hair and older woman, and she will also cut you off from talking to answer her phone and or talk with other employees in the back. Super unprofessional

got a ticket for going thru a street where a huge wearhouse is at. I had GPS telling me it was that building and it was. and sheriffs were just parked there waiting for trucks to go thru to give them a fat ticket. shack houses around. industrial area and got a ticket for going thru a no truck street when the wearhouse I was going to was in the corner but the entrance was on the back. ticket trap.

Anyone who works here speaks to you with such condescending attitudes it’s absolutely impossible to even take them seriously. Clearly working here and giving people a hard time is the only power they hold in their lives, I can only imagine what’s it like in their work environment 🗑

the city of moreno valley just wants your money$$$ they are money hungry and officers of your own race example : (brown) will cite you because you are a minority and they need to meet their quota. red flag moreno valley is poor and is the new dirty dino be careful dont come to moreno valley.....was cited on my way to court can you believe that ?????

Officer Woodward wasting my time. Citing me for going 77 on the freeway. Literally slowed down just to pull me over. Came to court four time just for it to be dismissed.

Don’t ever stipulate to commissioner Isaac he’s horrible, avoid
