Apple El Paseo Village

Went to try and turn in some iPhones to Apple Store. Said I had to give them to the police. I may or may not plug them in myself and contact person.

Outstanding help from one of the employees. He helped me request a warrantee replacement screen protector which was a long, tedious task). So friendly, no attitude, just kind. Thank you Kannon for your patience and time.

I made an appointment here for my mom’s Mac. We were greeted right away and sat within minutes at the Genius Bar. Oscar was our “genius” level technician and he was fantastic! He was very patient with us and knew almost immediately what the issue was. He wasn’t in a hurry and explained things in an easy to understand way. They kept her computer to resolve the issue and she will have it back within a day or two. And the best part, no charge! Kudos Apple store.👍

i couldn’t be any more happy than how i felt yesterday!! it did take me 7 hours to get my phone back from repair, but hunter made sure that my issues were resolved quickly and effectively! then, in turn, brett was absolutely incredible with helping me on my shopping journey, from beginning to end! he made it feel like more than just a transaction and i appreciate all of his help and patience whilst my phone was getting fixed. all in all, the apple store has been incredibly helpful and i am super grateful to them for fixing my phone and getting me my ipad!!

iPhone 14 Pro Max Launch Day was so easy and quick at this location!

I drive all the way out to this store, from San Diego. I was able to park right in front of the store and had the phone in my hands within 1.5 minutes MAX!

Bit crowded but nice customer care

I showed up without an appointment, 10 minutes before opening. I was in and out in under 15 minutes with a minimal charge thanks to a lovely lady named Shannon. She went above and beyond in assisting me with the repair of my shattered screen and turning off the ‘Find My IPhone’ feature.
Shannon made this experience an enjoyable and efficient one! Give her a raise 👌🏻

Super friendly and helpful staff and if you did inside or outside of the store pick up it’s very convenient and easy to do! I’m a big fan of how Apple lays out their stores. Very clean and inviting! If you’re in the market for some Apple products or want to demo them, this is the perfect spot to do so!

I went in here for help with my phone. Bekah was the salesperson who helped me. She was incredibly kind and helpful. She answered all my questions and was very patient. I will be back bc of her!

Orion was awesome! He is truly one of the friendliest and most knowledgeable employees I’ve worked with at any Apple store. He was able to take the necessary steps to resolve my phone issues I’ve been having for the past 5 days. Thank you again.

I was on vacation in the US as suddenly my iPhone freaked out with hundreds of ghost touches which made it impossible to work with the IPhone. I went to this Apple store without any appointment and spoke to the Manager Kenneth and one of his staff. Long story short after they understood my situation they could help me even though it didn’t go along with the Apple’s guidelines. A good sense of customers needs, very friendly, great Service!

I was fortunate to be paired with Rick from the Genius Bar when seeking help with my iPhone battery that had just gone bad overnight. After an extremely poor customer service call, I prepared myself for a less than satisfactory experience at the store but was pleasantly surprised. Rick was genuine and invested in helping me solve my problem. He did not follow a script or make me feel rushed. Ultimately, and in a timely manner, Rick was able to replace my phone and get me back on my way. His follow-up when calling the store with a quick question was also excellent. Overall, I couldn’t have asked for better service. Thank you, Rick!

The Manager Phil was wonderful to work with. Him and his team are top notch in the customer service arena! Even though they could not help me out immediately with replacing my iphone5 battery, they still were extremely nice and understanding and it was obvious that they were trying their best to help where they could. One point of advice...visit with an apt without one it is a pointless visit.

My phone totally blacked out after I tried to update it. I scheduled an appointment at the Genius Bar and was very happy with the service. Mitchell helped me update and restore my phone and its now functioning again!! I tried doing this myself at home and it said my phone couldn't be found so I had low expectations that they would have the same issue, but somehow it worked! I will definitely go back here if anything happens in the future. I took my phone to att and they couldn't help me. The same thing happened to my daughters phone about a month ago and I ended up having to open an insurance claim and pay $150 for a new phone but now I wish I would've just taken it here first.

Sometimes my visits here are unsatisfactory and sometimes they are extremely uplifting. Today was the latter of these experiences. After a few long days of having a non-working phone Mitchell and Matthew graciously helped me out. Regaining my faith in humanity once again. Thank you!!

A beautiful store but so popular it is too crowded. The valley needs another on. But Apple makes a great product and stands behind it with knowledgeable staff. However I’d like to suggest that should NOT put the delete button and on off switch beside each other. I own several Apple products.

I always have a great experience here, especially when I arrive early for my appointment. The specialists always have great advice and tips for me to improve my Mac's performance. They are always friendly and welcoming--a big plus!

Brett was amazing, found me just the products I needed even when I really didn't know myself. I have an older iPad and he recommended I get a faster power adapter. I excited to see how much faster it is. Great job Brett!

This is one of the best shops in the area. The customer care was really good. I went there to to buy an IPad Pro and Apple pencil, one customer care person came and he helped me to find what I want in few minutes. It only took about ten minutes to complete the shopping.

The store is located in a convenient location with parking.
