Ben is a very good at his job. I spent almost a hour in the store looking for my daughters leather jacket she wanted for her birthday n ben helped me found it instantly when he came up and asked. Give this man a raise!!

Honestly, in Lake Elsinore, for several years now this is the only store that I shop at when I need clothes for special events like going out or just casual, shorts and tees. Moderately priced but affordable, fitting rooms are managed well and clean, the checkout staff are extremely kind, positive, happy to help and efficient.
Best to bring your Guess card though as their computer system doesn’t seem to work when locating your account using correct information and time is lost.

You want to talk about excellent customer service, come to this place. We appreciate you so much Semage and the rest of the team. Hubbys going to look extra spiffy tonight.

Good customer service here. Bought me a really cute black guess backpack/purse, my daughter a cute small floral purse and a tiny coin bag, and my hubby a wallet and some shades. We love our stuff guess is my other go to place aside from Nike and old navy.
