Bill Witzke is an outstanding agent. He really steps up and fights for you. It is no mystery that fire insurance in California is difficult to get. Bill worked diligently with Allstate to get us covered.

William Witzke and "Team" are professional, knowledgeable, and responsive. They respond immediately to my questions and needs, and more importantly, to the needs of my clients.

I always receive outstanding service from this Allstate office! They are timely, efficient and knowledgeable each and every time!

Always helpful, polite, friendly and understanding! Clearly we have been customers with, home, autos, boats life etc. for many many years as a result. Very happy with Witzke Agency.
We recently had another home inspection. Originally told they happened every 5 years but ours was an annual inspection. We received notice that our inspection was without issue!!! We try very hard to be SAFE from fire or loss of any kind! We don't want any loss way more than Allstates concern. We have irrigation lines, thousands of gallons in storage, fire hydrants, pool, stucco, concrete, 50 year comp roof, sprinklers on roofs with gravity feed from irrigation and storage, property cleared 300 feet from structures. We were out of town at time of inspection...none of our safety protocol has been addressed, so frustrating.
We are concerned however, after last year's inspection our homeowners policy doubled + in cost. We were told with the fires and loss our policy was adjusted to the current rate in a fire area. We certainly hope that is not going to happen again.

They've always responded to anything I've asked them in a professional and friendly manner.

William is a great agent, he was available, caring and understanding when it came to our claim! He was quick to help and got us in touch with the perfect people to help us through a complicated process. He was easy to get in touch with and responded promptly. We felt he truly cared and was on our side!
His staff is always very helpful. We appreciate all their hard work!

I've carried my auto, home, and rental properties insurance with Allstate through William Witzke's office for approximately ten years. Throughout this time his office staff have always been courteous and professional with my business. I believe this kind of interaction is a reflection of Williams business philosophy. I've been insured by William's Allstate agency since retiring and returning to California the Summer of 2015. I gave four stars in my 1st review, a couple years ago.

However now (2023), because this Allstate agent and all his staff have always been Responsive with Professional and Quality service, I recently discovered their Good Value, after obtaining comparative rate quotes. AND, I found their prices very similar... albeit with uncertain services

Therefore, I wouldn't risk losing their positive attributes for a comparable premium, that may well increase annually... as is common with many insurance providers!

First class service. Their add fast friendly claims service is Accurate. The entire staff is knowledgeable and helpful with rate quotes and policy changes. Phone reminders if you overlooked a payment not to bug you but to protect your interests. I appreciate their services. Wish that they could control Rates.

William Witzke and his entire staff have been great to work with. William personally went to bat for us when Allstate wanted to cancel our homeowners insurance policy. They have saved us money with helpful tips about when it is worth filing a claim on our auto policy. They were quick and efficient in putting a new renter's policy in place when my parents moved to Auburn recently. I highly recommend this agency.

I had to file a claim because rats decided to move into my car (and I found out too late.. sneaky little brats) and everyone made my experience so easy! I didn’t have any issues getting them to cover expenses and I had my car back, good as new without having to pay anything out of pocket. When I got a new car William helped me switch my vehicles on my policies through email! I love the great customer service here!

Luckily, we've not had the experience of filing a claim for a loss, but they are always available, courteous, and very willing to go over my policies. I love the feeling of the office, the staff, and of course William!
I would recommend them to my family and friends.

I've been with Allstate for 2 years now. I've changed and added many things on my policies, and going in to the office feels like I am right at home. Everyone there is always smiling and happy to help in any way. A few times when I forgot to make a payment, thankfully, they called me and left a nice message to remind me. the owner and her husband are a very complimentary team to run such an upstanding business. I drive up from Lincoln to handle any changes in person, as the whole team is such a delight to be around.

All in all, The experience is totally worth a pleasant drive up to the foothills.

I signed up for insurance several years ago at the Allstate, William Witzke agent location. I moved from the area a year later, but kept the affordable insurance and positive staff. William followed up with me periodically, along with his staff, to insure my insurance. I recently changed my insurance due to the pandemic and lack of needed miles. The staff was ever so accommodating and once I travel more, I will return to Allstate. I was in good hands!

Hands down best agency in the area couldn't be happier. You want honest, transparent, excellent coverage look no further. Not trying to sound like an advert but after a series of bad insurance places will and his team are a true breathe of fresh air. Highly recommend and I know I won't go anywhere for as long as I need insurance.

AAA had notified me of their business choice to not renew my policy, and were unable to find another company who would insure my home...
At Allstate, the agents helped me get homeowner's insurance the day I walked into the office! We had a good rapport, and I moved my auto and umbrella from AAA to Allstate the same day.
