Hilton Garden Inn Palm Springs/Rancho Mirage

The staff was super friendly and helpful. I unfortunately needed a place to rest and shower near Eisenhower medical Center. They easily accommodated my last minute stay. It's close to shopping and all kinds restaurants. I'd definitely stay here again for a quick palm spring trip if I didn't want to stay at one of the bigger resorts. The rooms were clean but seem a bit older. The pillows were great and the beds were comfy. I didn't really get to check out any of the amenities due to the nature of my stay.

This is new my favorite Hilton in the Palm Springs area. Angelo the general manager was friendly and it's easy to see why he is GM. The front desk was amazing and accommodating. Guadalupe and Cynthia were very polite and professional. They really made my check in easy and made me feel at home. The food at the hotel was excellent. I was fortunate to talk to the cook (Anthony) about the menu and I can see his passion as a chef. Food was excellent. The bartenders were also on point. Great drinks and good conversation. Had a great stay here with family. I booked here with some trepidation after seeing other reviews, but I saw no evidence of any of the negative comments seen in those reviews. Rooms were clean and spacious, and every single interaction that I had with every employee was positive and made me feel like a valued guest. I would definitely book here again if staying in the area.

Excellent location for Harley Regional Officer Connection. Comfy beds for me, nice having a fridge.

It was a great place to stay at with a cozy and clean room. I believe breakfast needed to be paid for, but we went out to eat. The receptionist gave us great recommendations for places around us. Including a cool sushi spot.

The staff IS the hotel. They have an amazing work ethic and teamwork. They always greet with genuine warmth and remember faces and families. Every encounter, request, concern, and conversation with any member of the staff always ends in smiles and laughs and they go the farthest they can to accommodate their guests. The breakfast may look like other breakfasts at many hotels but it's the made to order that pulls them above their competitors. The cooks love to cook, love food, and are genuinely pleased when you are happy. Bland food? No way...ask and they can accommodate a palate for seasoning. Always ask and remember they are in the service industry I see so few people even leave a small token at their tables after dining to show appreciation for the fact that the staff is replenishing, cleaning, stocking, staging, cooking, prepping and serving you and others. This is solid choice for accommodations and a personalized experience if you interact with the staff and allow them to perform their job as hosts as that is what they are...hosts in a grander scale. Mar at the front desk is the absolute best!!!! She was incredibly helpful and kind. We needed help when our electricity had been shut off for over 24 hours after the heavy rain and Mar helped us get a room with everything we needed!

First of all, the receptionist (Iliana?) Was so incredibly helpful and sweet.. seriously went above and beyond. All of the staff was great.

The beds and pillows were super comfy! The hotel is fairly quiet and very clean, and it's right against the hills. Fresh baked cookies were yummy. The only thing was that if you arrive late, it can be a little tricky to find parking.

I generally stay at Hilton's and I'm glad I found this one. It's close to where I need to be plus the people working here are great too. In particular, I met somebody at the front desk named Aaliya. I don't know my way around the Rancho Mirage area yet and Aaliya helped me get acquainted with the area, gave me some good options for places to eat, etc... Plus also got me acquainted with the hotel and its amenities. She was awesome! Definitely coming back. A lot of times the people are what make the hotel special. Thanks. Good job!

Great location. Perfect in proximity to Eisenhower Medical Center. Older building but very nicely cared for, updated and relaxing. I had a handicapped room just off the front lobby...quite and close. 1 block to the mall and several great restaurants. I would definitely come here again. Love the digital keys, saves time not having to check in and gives access to public areas.
Only negatives, fitness center wasn't available and the continental breakfast was $10...I feel, for the price, it should have been included.
Other than that great! Staff was also very helpful.

I couldn’t believe how nice this hotel is for the price. We really enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Staff was extremely friendly and available to us. They have free breakfast but we woke up too early to try it. We would definitely return here.

George checked us in at night and he was awesome, excellent customer service, friendly and very welcoming. Rooms were clean and pool and gym also. We had 2 rooms and no complains:)

The staff was very friendly and and the room was spacious, quiet, and clean. We showed up late at night after booking a last minute room on the Hilton Rewards app and the night host was quick and efficient with check-in and got us set with the room we requested. The room itself was quite large and very tidy. We were very pleased with the comfort level of the bed and the shower was better than home with immediate and constant hot water. With the usual morning breakfast unavailable due to social distancing we were still able to place an order for our breakfast with the morning hostess and was served rather quickly and enjoyed our breakfast in bed. Every staff member we had interactions with was very friendly and eager to assist in any way possible. Would definitely love to stay again and always recommend Hilton Hotels when giving our recommendations.

This place has a really great breakfast whenever they are fully functioning and by that I mean before covid came along. The rooms are very nice and the beds are very comfortable I like the fact that it has a bathtub which most hotels seem to be doing away with now unfortunately. I'm the type of person that likes big deep bathtubs that you can just sink all the way down into in. The front desk is always been very helpful and Incredibly nice. Staying here has always been very easy for checking in the maids have always been very prompt at replacing items that I needed or giving more towels. It's a very nice quiet place that you really don't notice it as you drive by it but maybe that's what makes it so awesome is because it is overlooked but this is one gem in the desert that I love to go be at.

I cannot speak highly enough! Yes, the hall carpet be dated and a little worn in some places, but i have a new favorite in the choice for simple places to stay. The room , clean,roomy for all of us on first night, and then next few days I was in a different room when it was just myself, again the room was clean and quiet. The check in was easy. Staff very friendly and accommodating. At the end of my stay after checking out I realized I had forgotten my necklace in the room. They retrieved it quickly and held at front desk. I pucked up my necklace and ended up blubbering about my readon of being in town, I shared what I was dealing with and so happens that one of the very friendly desk clerks had been going through something similar just a week before. Gosh, so sweet to chat about it with me, thank you! Also, the bed I slept in was comfortable and I was given plenty of towels as requested. Breakfast is good. Omlettes are wonderful but ooooh! Loved the French toast!! Adding, the breakfast room service....fantastic! So kind and respectful. Attentive as well!Specially the tall dark handsome guy, he went above and beyond, the tall guy with braids. So sweet, next morning (my 2nd morning there) that server made the effort to remember that I like cinnamon in my coffee. All in all, I do like this place , will be back for another stay if ever again need to be in the area. Even though it was a sad sorrowful week/weekend for me, it was a comfortable place and nice being in an atmosphere of such kindness. The staff went all out on practicing patience with my ramblings, little embarrassing but I am more grateful than embarrassed. The stay at this place was a much needed comfort.

Great staff who went above and beyond for my family. Beautiful pool area and comfortable rooms. The only thing I would recommend is adding cheese as a menu item for omelettes at the breakfast they serve. While it was nice to actually eat a meal made by someone else and it's still a 5 plus place they should have cheese available.

I posted a more detailed review on Yelp. I highly recommend this hotel. For an older hotel needed a little work but very clean. Every staff member was friendly and welcoming. Spoke to Victoria twice over the phone before making reservations she was polite and friendly everytime not making me feel like a bother. When arrived was greeted and checked in by a rep sorry only know her name starts with a M she explained the bill and all what all the charges and deposit authorization. Which was a pleasant surprise, most don't explain. The pool was clean and water temperature was perfect in morning and noon. My only thing and also for ALL hotels, get rid of the tub/shower. Just make it a walk in shower you can have a 2-3 inch lip and use a curtain still. I hate those bathtub showers. It was on the narrow side. But room so clean. Thank you for a wonderful stay, you are my regular now that I know where to stay to visit family. And thank you again Victoria you are Palm Desert Hiltons Gem.

rooms are a little dated but comfortable, the pool area is really nice. The water isn't regulated so it gets really hot. My only issue was the duvet cover was for a king and the insert was for queen so we kept having issues with it shifting but other than that everything else was great

Still on that tedious journey. This time my in-laws were there and I was today years old that I learned my MIL refuses to tip. I am a server. My husband is also in the service industry. We made a wronged situation right and were treated like royalty after that. Remember kids.... tip your wait staff, cooks and bartenders. IN CASH.
