Mark and his team are excellent. They were able to diagnose my problem and fix it. Protect is now my place to go every 4,000 miles for a grease and oil change and Mark will inspect my car each time to keep ahead of problems

Mark has always looked after my vehicles since he opened in our complex. Not only are his prices fair, but he is also efficient and goes the extra mile.

Brought my 2006 Mercedes C55 AMG in. It had all sorts of crucial pulleys messed up due to a serpentine belt seizing up and sending burnt rubber into all of them, not to mention the idler pulley bolt snapping, leaving several inches of broken bolt stuck inside my engine. I was convinced the car was dead. Mark, however, gave me a quote and, in a timely manner, was able to somehow get the bolt out, replace my pulleys, and get the car running even better than it was before. As he was taking the engine apart, he let me know that something had gone wrong with my intake manifold and showed me, which he then fixed as well. The price in the end didn’t change from the quote. Both Mark and Kevin are great guys and they know what they’re doing. I’d highly recommend bringing your cars here for diagnosis, maintenance, and repairs.

Mark and his son Mike both worked on my truck. They explained everything to me clearly while showing me parts that needed to be replaced. They worked with me patiently while I made decisions on my repairs. They gave me suggestions and let me make up my mind on the work needed. The job required a lot of time because of the delivery of parts. They ordered the best parts available for my needs and made sure my warranty would still be honored by Pro tech. I'm very satisfied with their performance and patience with my decisions and I highly recommend these guys to anybody. As a matter of fact I wouldn't even think of going anywhere else for the services they provide.

Really happy to with the service provided here. The mechanics are trustworthy and professional. They were able to fix my brake booster and diagnose some balance issues of my car at a super reasonable price. Compared to the surrounding area Temecula and Murrieta these guys provide quality service at an affordable price.

PT replaced the thermostat in my 2019 Audi A7. Diagnosed problem immediately, started on car right away, installed an official Audi part, and had it done within 2 days. I was very happy with their work, price, and friendliness. Recommended service 100%.

I forgot to leave a review 3 weeks ago, but I just want to say this place is just like a daycare for your car. They took care of my baby and fixed her right up. Got new spark plugs and changed headlight bulbs.

Brought my car here to get diagnosed due to a clunking noise and issue with the car pulling hard to the left while coasting. Left the car with Mark in the morning and went to grab breakfast then came back an hour later to find the car already diagnosed and even repaired. Turned out a bunch of my right suspension was loose so Mark tightened down the entire suspension and left the car feeling like a brand new car again. Didn’t even charge me anything extra for the repairs only charged for the diagnostic. Had me in and out in and hour with more than enough time to get to work for the day. Overall great experience and great job from Mark really appreciate it.

I needed some major repairs done on my 2009 Dodge Charger, I originally took my car to a well reviewed car shop nearby and was given a quote, after speaking with the 2 owners they changed the quote to an extremely high price. I decided to shop it around since a lot of work needed to be done and I did not feel comfortable with the way these guys changed the pricing at the last minute.
I called Mark at Pro Tech and he was very nice and well educated about what needed to be done to fix the problem and gave me a waaaaaaay better quote. He definitely exceeded my expectations and fixed my car in a timely manner.
I have since needed a few other things fixed and he has always been great about giving me a fair quote and getting the job done quickly. Anytime I have had a sensor go off or needed a tire checked out he always tells me to bring my car in so he can check it out.
They also do oil changes here at a great price, there is a nice little lobby to sit and wait in (even though the wait is never long). I highly recommend Mark and his team, you won't be disappointed. He is honest, friendly, has great customer service, extensive knowledge and awesome pricing.

I have used Pro Tech Total Auto Repair twice now and I am very pleased with the experience. Mark is so awesome! He got me in right away to fix my Honda CRV that needed a starter the very same day I called him. He's also very honest and reasonably priced. I am extremely happy with his work! 10/10 recommend! Visited the other weekend for a routine oil change - They did a great job and filled it with synthetic for a good price. Also got my tires filled and my sun visor fixed (was missing screws/misplaced) for free. Again 10/10 👍

Our car died the night before, in the morning we called and spoke to Viet. He was able to give us a reasonable price quote, we had the car towed there and they took it right in. They diagnosed the problem quickly and kept us informed at every step. They even found another issue that we weren't aware of that our previous "mechanic" missed. All in all, the customer service was great, prices were reasonable, and the turnaround was quick. Will definitely be taking our cars back for service.

All in all HIGHLY satisfied with everything, from general maintenance to the prices. I made pro tech auto my main Mechanic on all four of my vehicles. I went to Pro-Tech after another garage in town on Main St. Completely screwed me. Ineed a nw engine, The other garage took my engine out and 2 months later still no new engine. Finally I complained and was told to Get The F off the property and if I want my car back pay 500.00. I paid and got my car back with boxes of random parts in boxes in my trunk. My block was rusted and bent.
I found Pro-Tech while I was in Target parking lot. I saw their sign. Grateful there's a nw garage in town. I went in. Told Mark (The Owner) my predicament. He was so kind, understanding and helpful. He didn't talk down to me, and even tho he knew He had me over a barrel he didn't take advantage, in fact he was beyond fair. He kept to the agreed upon price with no surprises.
When I got my car back ( less than 2 weeks later ) it was cleaned & Running perfectly. There was a small problem (no fault of Marks the problem was in manufacturing) I came back 2 days later and it was fixed immediately no charge.
Since then I come to Mark exclusively, I also brought my sister, my daughter and my sisters daughter.
Pro-Tech is the perfect garage for women. They don't try to pull fast ones on you, great you with respect, don't get fresh with you. And give you Fair, honest prices. You can't ask for better.
The owner is a family man. He's good and kind. You'll also get to meet his wife Sara as she stops by sometimes. She's wonderful too.
And Last comment the place is clean. Comfortable although they need a tv to entertain you while you wait lol. But you'll love it there.

ProTech Total Auto Repair has been caring for my vehicles over the past few years.
I have always found them to be honest, trustworthy, and hard working. I have gone in for routine stuff like oil changes, and a replacing light bulb, etc. But there have been other things too. The owner explains what they will be doing and the best course of action with my vehicles so that I can understand what's happening. The repairs have been completed in a timely and effective manner.
