Courtyard by Marriott Palm Desert

Had amazing rates even for Valentine's day! Staff very friendly, knowledgeable, and there is a Starbucks inside the Marriot! They also have a bar and bistro that makes breakfast lunch and dinner items. Nice gated pool with lounging area. The rooms looked very modern and very comfortable beds. Loved the mini fridge, and coffeemaker inside.

Would give 10 stars if I could. The staff go above and beyond to make sure things get done. The property is very clean and well-kept. I don’t know what the other reviewers are talking about regarding noise coming from the street? Newsflash, if you leave your windows open you are bound to have noise from the outside. As the entire Coachella Valley grows, prices are sure to rise. You don’t vacation in paradise and have a good time if you’re cheap. Courtyard and Palm Desert, you treated me very well. I’ll be back next year.

We had a great time. I’m afraid part of the reason was platinum member, so the things I mentioned are probably not given to everyone.
Late checkout - 4! So we got to hang at the pool before we went home
2 Free 10$ coupons for breakfast which was spectacular. The downside is the price is outrageous for the breakfast 15$. I think they should offer free breakfast to guests.

Our room was 266 and we had a balcony and wonderful view.

Overall its a good hotel I have stayed in CA however the room was pretty congested but for the rates its fine. The shower was in very bad condition with clogged head.
Clean and quite place to stay for personal and business stuff.

Really Nice place, friendly attendants. Not sure why basic hygiene products aren’t available in the rooms and you have to ask at the counter for them? In a nice, expensive place you’d think they could spare a little tube of toothpaste and some mouthwash without having to go back to the front desk. 🤷🏿‍♂

Have stayed here a couple times now - always a positive experience and no real issues when here. Appreciate the goodie bags they provide at the front now and the decent closeness to the music festival grounds.

I’ve stayed at this location 2 other times and I have to say how pleased I am with this hotel. It’s sad to read about the horror stories about this place (well I should be thankful that I never had to deal with stuff others have). The pool is small but sufficient, the weight room which is shared with the residences have what one needs for a good workout. They have a restaurant and a nice lounge area, the customer service superb and room was kept cool in 115 degree weather! They also offer snacks and alcohol for purchase which is nice so one doesn’t have to go for a beer run. I should also mention they offer complimentary coffee and water in the A.m.

I just love the hospitality and team work put into this establishment! You can tell they love what they do and go above and beyond to accommodate guests! It was such a peaceful and relaxing family vacation 😌

Very nice stay here for the BNP Paribas open. Rooms were on the older side but very fresh and clean.
They inc. Mini fridge and microwave. Nice large patio and the pool/hottub area was well kept. It seemed like a safe area. I noticed a residence inn in the same parking lot, I would def stay at either place in the future. Only 15 min from the Indian wells tennis grounds.

Checked in for 5 days for a work event. Ruiz the general manager and his front staff were extremely helpful right out the gate. They helped me with parking issues, room questions and allowed me to have an early check-in. Extremely clean hotel and very accommodating staff.

I'm very happy we selected this venue to stay for a short weekend getaway. Although we checked in late Friday evening, the gentlemen checking in guest  was amazingly sweet, pleasant, and did everything with a smile. The entire hotel is very clean and spacious. The pool area had plenty of sturdy chairs and tables for guest and their families which sometimes is challenging, especially, during the summer. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and appreciated how convenient eateries were, a gas station, and the main highway.

After a long travel day, hauling a trailer, we were just ready to be off the road and tucked in.
Upon arrival I called Marriott Courtyard and spoke with someone, I asked if there were any rooms where available, and was there plenty of parking, to park or truck and trailer. Once we got there to check in, we realized the lady I spoke to on the phone was the one checking us in, Reina, she was so personalable, so polite, so welcoming. She went above and beyond. Mike, Sprout, (our chihuahua) and I, can't thank her enough. She was extremely pleasant, after a long day of travel she made us laugh and welcome, we can't thank her enough!!

Upon check out we were greeted by Briannna, who was just as pleasant and kind.

The Marriott is lucky with these 2 great staff members on the team.

We had a short but very nice stay. Everyone was very professional and friendly. The rooms were clean. The location is ideal. Thanks for a great first night in the Palm Desert area.

Just stayed here during the BNP Paribas tennis tournament and it was great! The room was your basic good quality room, the staff was lovely to us (special shout out to Reina for really trying to help with a small issue I had but all staff was wonderful), they had a great shuttle service to and from the tennis grounds and the hotel had a friendly ambience. We were very pleased.

I had no issues. I found it clean and silent. Looks so pretty at night. Felt safe.

Good shower pressure. The water took some time to drain fully if I remember correctly though.

Such a lovely hotel!! Our room had a nice balcony. There wasn't much of a view, but it was definitely nice to have. Pool was a good size, and the staff was very friendly!! Room was quiet, and though we stayed only 2 nights, our room was fully serviced. That was a great touch!!

Very affordable for a Marriott in the month of June. Shout out to Evelyn on front desk. We had 2 night and added a 3rd for the holiday. She helped drop the extra fees so we could get an emergency stay. Thank you so much. 💓

Last minute drama lead me to stay here. My goodness, I love it here. The front desk were amazing. The chats over the Marriott app were quick and efficient. I used the Mobile Check-In so I was able to get my room faster I have to say. The location was where I wanted to be away from everyone. Will I come back again? Of course! I definitely will be away from all the hustle and bustle of the city. Digital room key? This Courtyard has it. I love it. Who needs a physical room key!
