Holiday Inn Express & Suites Rancho Mirage - Palm Springs Area, an IHG Hotel

This place is great! First time staying here with a family vacation. Me and my boyfriend made a reservation for the same day since it was last minute and when we checked in the room we were supposed to get was not available so the lady gave us an upgrade for free! The breakfast in the morning was pretty good didn’t expect it to be but I suggest getting up early and going back to your room to eat it which is what we did overall a good first experience!

Nice hotel for a family stay to explore Palm desert and Joshua tree NP. Wi-Fi worked flawlessly the entire time we were there. The free breakfast is great. There's a gym and a swimming pool. Parking lot is well-maintained. Rooms are clean and updated. There's 24/7 coffee/tea/hot cocoa.

I stayed there for one night based on reviews from others and also googled the safest hotels in the Palm Springs vicinity. I got a fantastic room with a view and could see my vehicle as well. Maria (at the check in desk is super helpful and a Gem for this business) helped me and answered all my questions. The room was clean, roomy and quiet. The Breakfast Bar was crazy good! Pancake Machine!!! Sausage and eggs, warm pastry and fresh hot coffee. Restaurants are within walking distance. Due to rain, I did not get to use the pool but it looked great, I will stay here again.

The room, breakfast and service were great for our 2 night stay! The manager and assistance helped us a lot with their kindness and patience because the 2nd night booking didn't came through at first (because of the 3rd party). Thanks again for your excellent service and tips of nearby places to eat and the streetfair!

We were so happy to find this terrific location 👏 Blessed with nice weather we enjoyed the clean pool and hot tub area, very private, lots of chairs and towels and no sounds of traffic. Lovely , spacious room with comfortable beds and everything was very clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. We had a very early morning flight and could not enjoy the very large breakfast offerings but were happy that the Hotel provides " to go" bags that we could stock with muffins , yogurt and fruit for the airport waiting room.. This is a fantastic idea for those with an early departure. Great location offered restaurants within walking distance. We look forward to returning here.

Excellent experience. Rooms and hotel are really clean, staff super helpful, and the breakfast is good and changed up a bit daily. Hot tub not very hot, but still nice.

Staff was friendly and room was comfortable. You can walk basically across the street and have a variety of restaurants to choose from as well as shopping. They have free breakfast included which is always nice, and all day coffee.

I had a wonderful stay at Holiday Inn Express Hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious. The location was convenient for my business trip, and the price was reasonable. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great value and a pleasant experience.

To a surprise it was an upgrade for free. A large room and a very clean. Perfect for a little bit of work with the computer and large screens. Definitely will be coming back soon. Thank you

This place was very accomodating. I arrived unexpectedly early and the lady at the front desk checked me in early before 3pm with no problem. Thankyou Holiday Inn Express.

Clean and spacious room! We asked Johnny for a room with a parking lot view, so we could keep an eye on our U-Haul truck. He was definitely accommodating and helpful! We enjoyed our stay and wish we could stay longer.

New modern facility. Stayed one night and would highly recommend. Staff was super friendly.

This hotel is CLEAN. Also modern decor, very friendly staff. Rooms are also great. The breakfast could use a little upgrading, but for the price it will do. Location--CANNOT BE BEAT!
Adjacent to the Riverwalk. So sad that the economy is down, and many of their shoppes at the Riverwalk are shut down.

Perfect hotel for us. Very friendly and helpful staff. Good location. Room is clean and in a good size. Pool is wonderful to relax in it.

Quick as lightning check in and was upgraded to a suite due to the only king room they had left was right beside the elevator... They upgraded me before I got there without my even having to ask and free of charge as well. The bed was super comfortable and the only thing that I can even say was to my dislike was that after coming in and laying down I glanced down the hall and up at the ceiling and noticed that the smoke detector was covered in plastic. I would have thought the maid would have caught that but seeing as how high the ceiling is they probably couldn't figure out how someone covered them in the first place! Crazy... But they served breakfast as a breakfast bag to go and checkout was super easy... I'd recommend this place to everyone wanting comfort and quality at a great rate

Customer service was great from the front desk staff to the housekeepers/maintenance, location was great, room was very clean and spacious, and food was good. The check in/out process was very fast also. I highly recommend this hotel!

Appreciation to the staff for their courtesy and professionalism. We are regulars. For us is home away from home!

Great stay at a clean and quiet hotel about 10 minutes from the interstate. Rooms are spacious, well equipped, and reasonably priced.

The rooms here are awesome! Very functional and nice! Beds and pillows are AMAZING! Staff is very nice. Quiet great hotel.

However, the water pressure or the shower head was horrible. And the pool area needed cleaning.

We spent 5 days here, front staff very friendly. Hotel served a full breakfast. Room was very comfortable, our heater unit stopped working on the weekend and no maintenance workers were available, so Johnny, the young man at the front desk was able to witch our defective unit for a working unit.
