The shoes are great and the service is over the top. Salesman Ralph went well beyond expectations with a small issue I had with the shoes. The person working with him that day was very supportive as well. I just don’t see much in the way of great customer service in many areas of business but Ralph was the pleasant exception.

My wife and I were on vacation in Palm Desert and visited this store to learn more about their products. It has been a very long time since I have walked into a shoe store where the staff was knowledgeable and friendly. Ralph and Diana were very helpful in helping us find the right product for our needs. I have 3 compressed lumbar in my lower back that gives me constant back and hip pain. After fitting me with a pair of "Might Walks" and wearing them for 3 weeks most if not all my pain is gone. These products are "GAME CHANGERS!" Thank you Ralph and Diana for all your help you guys are incredible!!!!

Exceptional customer service by the associates and specifically Ralph the store manager. We are repeated customers love the quality of the GD shoes. I brought a shoe that didn’t fit well and the manager was very courteous and gave credit for an exchanged shoe. I love the new pair “energy shoes “ that I left the store with them.
The shoes are very comfy, great arch support and just great looking. I strongly recommend you go and try them.

Today was my second visit to the store to buy my 2nd pair. I love their shoes. I am a daily 68 years walker/jogger with deep arch and large bunions. I owned my first pair 9 months ago and been 100% satisfied. I recommend their shoes and most of all excellent customer service from Ralph.

We stopped by Gravity Defy to check out some new walking shoes. We had heard that the shoes were excellent, and wanted to try them out. Ralph, the store manager was amazing! He took his time with us…explained all the options and advantages of their products. After trying out several shoes, we both chose the Mighty Walk. Soooo comfortable, great support, and they even made us a bit taller. Hard to describe the feeling, but almost like sleeping on a tempurpedic mattress?
Good support, cushy where you want it….and like walking on a cloud! Ralph took his time, explained everything, was extremely patient with us , and made sure we understood the product and the guarantees! In the world of self check-out…..this store and Ralph are an oasis !
It is impossible to find capable and knowledgeable people today to assist with buying anything.
Ralph is “ that guy”! He never gave up on us…. And, the policy of 60 day comfort guarantee is nonexistent in todays retail market.

I needed a new pair of walking shoes after my other brand of new shoes started hurting my toes. We went in and I honestly wasn't expecting to find much, but then we chatted with Ralph and I decided to try a pair on. They are super comfy and the design of the shoe prevents all your weight bearing down on your toes! The included orthotic insoles also a nice feature. I didn't have socks, but he gave me a pair to try with shoes and they're very comfortable too, so I plan to return and get some more of the socks. Great customer service and great shoes. I have been wearing about 3 weeks now and no more toe pain. The toe box is wider, which really helps, I believe. Good for those wanting wider shoes.

Great shoe store. They have many varieties and types of shoes which look great but better yet, they specialize on footwear that will give instant pain relief to a variety of foot problems. The people working at this store are phenomenal, I have never experienced the level of customer care and attention to detail that is provided to each customer at this store. While I can not say enough about the professionalism, knowledge and eagerness to help customers from this store’s employees, my and my wife’s favorite salesperson is Lisa. Her knowledge of the product coupled with her knowledge of the variety of pain symptoms which ca be helped by this footwear is incredible. To top it all, she has an incredible friendly disposition with the ability to meet her customers needs. Overall, Lisa makes our long drive of an hour and a half each way well worth the long the trip to this store.

This store is great! I had the pleasure to meet Ralph. He was kind and friendly. He helped me choose the perfect pair of shoes. It’s been a struggle being a runner and having to deal with a broken ankle. I highly recommend these shoes! If you have a chance, drive down to the store and ask for Ralph. He was great!

I have been ordering all kinds of shoes from their catalog for years. Workking out, going to the grocery store with my elderly mother (thus, it takes forever), neither of these things faze me when I'm wearing my GDefy shoes. Virtually every pair of shoes I have is GDefyers. I even wear the flip flops around my house. They are so well made and well designed. I love great design. Thanks GDefy!

I drove all the way from San Bernardino to try these shoes and, they are amazing! Buying my second pair today. Ralph and Lisa are really great at helping customers find the right footwear and they are so friendly and knowledgeable. Will definitely be back.

Ralph was very helpful in helping us out. we had to do an over the phone order due to the fact that we were actually located in another state. however, they said before to call the shop and we can place an order that they can then ship to our location. it also saves profile information at the shop and retains past purchases which is helpful if you dont remember anything u purchased before like shoe style, size, or insole.

Fantastic customer service, Ruth really took care of me today spending a lot of time making sure we got the fit just right. Very happy.

Their shoes are super comfortable and I loved the design as well!! For me being a worker where I basically stand and keep moving around for my whole shift, these shoes are perfect. I'm less tired and they keep me going for a longer time.

Amazing experience!!! The Shoes are really unbelieveable. My Girlfriend was in a motorcycle accident where she broke her leg. She was having some trouble recovering, and getting her muscles to build properly. Ralph at Gravity Defyer suggested some shoes for her, and since then she's had a lot more ease with walking, and has made a full recovery. I was slightly doubtful at first, but Ralph really helped convince me to go with the shoes. And, I'm glad that we did. Thank you Ralph!!!

Have had plantar fasciitis for a couple years. Friend referred me to these shoes. Stopped at the Palm Desert store to buy my first pair. Manager Ralph was terrific. Walked all next day in my new Mighty Walkers pain free. Love ‘em.

I have had issues with pain in my feet and lower back due to my high arches and working on my feet all day. I have been wearing these sneakers daily and they have really helped!! They are super comfortable and have saved my feet and lower back. René was my salesman and he was very patient with all of my questions and very informed about the product. This is the first of many pairs of Gravity
Defyers for me.

On Friday, January 17, 2020, Darren was truly exceptional. He patiently and thoroughly informed my wife and me of the Gravity Defyer story, from its founder, through its design, and its in-store demonstration. The two of us had several questions as we tried on different models. We purchased two pairs and are happy with our selections.

After a brief break-in of my Gravity Defyer, I found that an additional insole would be needed. When returning the following day, Darren accommodated my need at no additional charge.

We have been joggers and power-walkers for over forty years. And both of us are already confident that we are riding on the best shoes we’ve ever had.

My husband could barely walk when we went in to the store because his heels hurt when he walked. He tried on a pair of the Gravity Defyer tennis shoes and felt immediate relief. He is able to walk without a limp and a bit more pep in his step....thank you Darrin for your patience and knowledgable advice. I even got a pair for myself and love them.
