My goodness what an absolute FIND Ozel Fine Jewelry is! I had been on the lookout for over six months for simple, small huggie hoops in white gold. I went to stores in a number of cities and no one had them and that was that. When I walked into Ozel’s one Friday evening and asked about the hoops, they told me that there were so many sizes and styles that they didn’t carry them in in store but could order pretty much whatever I wanted and I’d have it in a few days. I showed them what I wanted and they found it in the catalog. I instantly said those were the ones I wanted and they said the hoops would be there in three days. On the third day, I got the call. I picked them up and they are PERFECT! I am very excited to finally have these hoops!! Thank you Ozel’s for your quality jewelry and superior customer service!

The best service and jewelry you will find. Joe is really knowledgeable. He has helped me design jewelry for my wife on several occasions, he is very patient with letting you design the perfect piece but also gives his professional and expert opinion where needed.

My girlfriend and I went in on a Saturday afternoon just sort of looking.We met Dana and she was gracious and helpful bringing out each ring my girlfriend liked.James walked by and was very friendly and courteous.My girlfriend and I looked at several rings then went on our way.She kept speaking about one ring in particular.On Monday I went back to the store Alone and was met by James, I kept looking for that ring. Honestly couldn’t remember it exactly so James called Dana and she remembered us and tried to direct us over the phone but I couldn’t put my hand on it. I left my number and the next Dana called when she was in , I might add she wanted to come in on her day off when I was there.She remembered each ring and we finally found the one .James offered to size it that day and let me cut to the chase .We are engaged and she was blown away by the beauty of that ring .We will have to stop back in , I missed the size by a half 😊My fiancé absolutely loves this ring and we will always be loyal to our friends at Ozel’s!!

Recently, Joe and James delivered on a watch that I have been looking for the past three years. They happened to be in New York when they found one. Needless to say, they brought it back to the desert for me and it is exquisite.
In addition, they have custom made several pieces for us that are magnificent. I will not buy jewelry anywhere else.

Joe and the entire family that works at Ozel are amazing! They are extremely honest, experienced and have beautiful jewelry. I’ve bought so many pieces here, some I found in store, others I’ve had custom made. ALL of it is superior quality and Joe always goes above and beyond to make sure I’m happy with the pieces. I’ve purchased small pieces, large ones, and recently sent my soon to be brother in law to buy an engagement ring. I feel grateful I stopped in here years ago for the first time while shopping on El Paseo.

Love this store. I have been going here over the past year for all my jewelry and can honestly say that they have the best prices around and are always friendly and super helpful. If you are looking for something specific, they will find it for you. I was searching for a specific watch and they were able to get it for me at a price that was better than I expected. Further, the quality of their necklaces/chains are very nice and I always receive compliments!
