SpringHill Suites by Marriott Palm Desert

Great place and location in Palm Springs. We needed a place to stop between LA and Phoenix for an overnight rest.

Franky is really one of the best customer service reps who I have met at Marriott, and I am a Marriott junkie. I switched hotels because of his listening to my needs and being genuine. I'll be returning to the SpringHill Suites next month. No need to look anyplace else.

This is a newer Marriott with nice staff and good breakfast service. They cleaned our room in the middle of our stay and left it feeling fresh and clean. Our room was spacious and overall a good value. They are doing a good job of cleaning with all the covid precautions. If you want to use the pool you need to make reservations and they are allowing 1 family at a time. We would definitely stay here again.

This felt so relaxing to be at. So we stayed an extra day. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Its soooo much around for you to do and eat...so much. Wish we stayed longer.
This was the first place we've stayed at and i have done over 20 different locations that had the staff prepare the breakfast for you. It made it so much safer during this pandemic by having them do it vs each customer making their own meals. The even wrap up the plastic silverware for you and food to go.

General Manager Moe and his Staff were so friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and welcoming. The location of the hotel is perfect, right by all the shopping stores and has a great view. My family and I will definitely be back.

I've always enjoyed my stay here. The front desk is friendly. It's in a great location. The price is reasonable. Justin is a great new addition to their front desk.

This place is pretty nice. I got the 2 queen and sofa bed suites. You can have 2 beds for the sofa. One on the sofa and another on the slide out bed. The queen size bed was really comfortable. I find most hotel beds to be too firm. This bed was just right.

Super nice staff, clean, the most comfortable bed ever (a Marriott specialty), really good free breakfast; outdoor pool & hot tub were great. Evie was wonderful, very helpful, ordered me a cab. New, upgraded interior; room had a nice separate office area; refrig & microwave in room.

So, I'm a little late but I said I would and I really want to leave his review. We stayed about a week here. 2 weeks ago. And our stay started off good. Katherine was awesome. Then our stay was a little rocky. There was a personal issue. But the manager Moe, wow. Definitely a God send. He went far and beyond my expectations for making it right. I truly appreciate you and your team Moe. Especially Katherine. She was wonderful.
And the hotel itself. Awesome location. Close to Walmart and target. And other shopping. I really enjoyed this stay. My new favorite place for a staycation. 50 bajillion stars! 🤩 ⭐

The location is amazing with the beautiful mountain views .. everything so close within walking distance including restaurants,shopping including the famous El Paseo!
The hotel is newly renovated the rooms are spacious and perfectly laid out they are equipped with a refrigerator and a microwave a wonderful desk and seating area and a very large closet.
The staff are warm and welcoming..very well trained and professional!
Great morning breakfast included lots to choose from.

I stayed in this plush hotel with my other half over the weekend and was totally blown away by this sophisticated hotel. It's located in the middle of everything, close to the mall, restaurants, pubs, Walmart, car rentals....
Their customer service is flawless, rooms are spanking clean, spacious and packed with modern technology. Loved their all inclusive breakfast with varieties to choose from.
Great hotel, will definitely return again and recommend.

Staff is friendly and professional. Breakfast could use some eggs and bacon in my opinion, seems Covid-19 is the reason they don't have it. We couldn't hear anyone making noises in their rooms and nobody complained about our TV being too loud which means they could have soundproofing between rooms which is smart.

The Hotel Manager and front desk peopel, went over and above all we have seen before to look after us, after leaving another Hotel from a bad stay during the Christmas break. Their amazing care to get us booked in and comfortable turned an awful Holiday into one of the best and really gave us the best Christmas present ever. So thanks especially to the Manager, who was unbelieveable and the front desk ladies, who made us feel so welcome.
The all inclusive breakfast, gym, pool and jacuzzi, also made this Hotel stand out as well as the great staff and care they all took for all guests that we saw.
Thanks again so much for the amazing stay and Christmas Holiday break. !!

Great professional service. Amazing staff, hospitably greeted by Roberto at the front desk. Fast check in and check out service. Military and family friendly, I will definitely stay here again when in the area. Conveniently located by several stores and restaurants. Highly recommend to all.

The STAFF make the difference! TWO EMPLOYEES STAND OUT: Evie, the front desk supervisor and Lillia, the Housekeeping Manager. Both individuals go WAY beyond the call of duty to make your stay the best you'll ever have. When I stay here, I feel like part of a family. And my every need is promptly taken care of. I consider Springhill Suites Palm Desert to be the best keep secret as far as a gem in the desert!

My trip was a hot mess. I booked for the wrong date. Just wanna take this moment to thank Evie for her exceptional customer service and for helping his sort things out! 10/10 would come back.

When arriving to the hotel I was absolutely amazed by the way the front desk greeted my family and I, Evie had a positive attitude and was very helpful. The stay at the suite was very delightful and enjoyable. I would be coming back here and definitely recommend.
