I had a great experience here. Nice luxury jewelry shop and fantastic customer service. The gentleman at the hell desk was great. Took time to listen and be helpful and non salesy. He made my day. Highly recommend this place.

I was so impressed by the customer care I received at Elizabeth Sass! They made a custom ring using my extra diamonds into a true treasure. Fernando first made a wax casting that I could try on to get the fit perfect.
They also redid another jeweled ring into a beautiful necklace. Very creative .
I will be coming back again , and you should too.

I can't believe that anyone would say that this Jeweler is anything BUT honest, professional and fair. I have known Fernando for many years when he worked for Joe DeLuca on El Paseo. He is so good at his job and only wants to help the customer find or make the best piece of jewelry for their taste. He treats each customer as an individual. Elizabeth Turner and Joe Sassorossi are lovely people with a gorgeous selection in their store, ELIZABETH SASS JEWELERS, also on El Paseo. Great customer service

Went there about a week ago and this jewlery store is the type of jewlers that like to take advantage of the customer instead of assist . I would stay away from this place. I was helped by Joseph, and he was no help what so ever.

These guys are scam artist, was told my jewelry was all fake and I took it to 3 other places on the same day and they all said it was real. I would not get any appraisals or do any business with these people. I dealt with joe and Fernando.
