I got a great necklace from this shop. They let me try on a lot of different options and didn’t get impatient when it took me a while to choose. I had one small issue with it which they took care of right away when I went in the next day. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

There is no place better than Gail's for custom jewelry. Gail designed and produced a beautiful necklace for my wife. You can't go wrong. Highly recommend.

Went to the shops took look around and ended up walking out with a necklace for my girlfriend. A women by the name of Sara(or Sarah) helped us out. She was very helpful and kind!

Probably the best store in the Valley. They have some really unique items. I have purchased several items from them and their pricing is great and they work hard to make you happy. They will even customize items. I have appraised a few of these items with outside appraisers and always been very happy. Can't go wrong with them.

Highly recommended for anyone seeking 'pretentious' and 'overpriced. For all others....best to steer clear.

Went in with a $50k budget for a wedding ring upgrade for my wife of 40 years. But our first interaction was with an employee who promptly handed us off so she could attend to a 'bigger-fish' she spotted at the next counter.

So wrong .... so disappointing.

Only moving up to 2-stars because the next staff person was nice ... but by then, there was no way I was going to patronize that business.

Just wanted to share and hopefully shed some light for others.
