Over the top customer service at BlueZone Sports in Roseville!!!
Getting back into the skiing after decades away from the sport I ventured into a few local ski shops and all of them appear attentive to their customers but at BlueZone I found such outstanding attention and care. OUTSTANDING customer service from Erik as you will read in other reviews, Eric was tireless getting me into the “right” ski boots. You don see this type of customer care anywhere. I had to apologize for putting him through the ringer with my over analyzing but he kept reassuring me it is his job to get me into the right boot for my foot.
I found some nice boots and skis this weekend so no more rentals.
See Erik at BlueZone, he and other staff will get you dialed in.
BlueZone is now my first and only stop for my ski needs.

This store has great selection, biking, water sports, camping, ski/snowboard, pretty much anything you can do on a mountain.

I rented a mountain bike from them today and they were extremely helpful and personable. There have been times I've gone in knowing what I wanted to look at. The greeting was nice and the staff was not pushy. Other times I've had questions and they have been available and more then willing to help! Great shop, a small business where costumer service still exists.

This store seriously rocks! The staff is super knowledgeable and helpful. Excellent customer service!! The savings is amazing as well. Boyfriend and I saved hundreds on our ski packages and are all set for the season, thanks Blue Zone Sports Roseville!

Staff is really knowledgeable and eager to assist in all sections of the store. Solid selection of gear for snow sports and biking. Highlight of the second trip there was truly fantastic ski boot fitting and assistance from Nick.

It's a great store run by very nice peope - helpful and knowledgeable. I got my ski gear there on my way to Tahoe - took me less than 20 min in and out. I also managed to return some gear that didn't work out on my way back from Tahoe in less than 20 min. Very efficient. Thank you so much!

We really like this outdoors stores. Lots of good bargains, friendly staff, outdoor activity kiosk as you walk in the door with brochures and maps for nearby regions and activities.

This place was amazing. Their inventory is superb and they have so much of all of the year round equipment needed. We rented season ski rentals for my teenagers and they were very helpful. I will DEFINITELY come back

Great selection and outstanding customer service. Their bootfitter Alex worked with me on trying and exchanging several different boots. Very quick turnaround on fitting and adjusting bindings for skis. Highly recommend!

Best water sports selection in town! So happy to have a local place that offers kayak and SUP rentals at a great price. Looking forward to our kayak rental this Thursday for myself and my three kiddos.

The guys in the bike shop were great, they tuned up my bike perfectly and didn’t get pushy about up-selling me any unnecessary stuff.

They have a huge selection of winter clothing, especially for women. Great selection of skis and snowboards as well. The boot fitter has a lifetime of experience. It’s my go to shop

Post summer sales, pre winter sales, and season ski/snowboard leases. Does it get much better from a family owned company that supports our Vetrans??? I will be back in the near future.

Went there for a bike with a budget and showed me sum good bikes I did sum fast research came out to be those bikes were good and it’s been half of a year and rides smooth and I love it I recommend it for good bikes and a budget nice employees
