Jarred sold two of my houses and help me purchase one. With the two houses he sold for me those transactions went very quickly. I really like that he kept me informed through each step of the transaction and took the time to explain things that I didn't understand. With the house that I bought Jarred was exceptional with his help. I had special needs when buying this house, I had a specific price range, I was paying cash, I have a husband who is completely disabled and needed special requirements. Jarred work with me for almost a year with the purchase of my home. We looked at a lot of houses, some had the right number of bedrooms but couldn't accommodate my husband. There were the ones that could accommodate my husband but would have required too much work. Then there were some that after I looked at it I walked out and looked at Jarred and we both just kind of shook our head and said no. Jarred even prayed with me that the good Lord would put me where I'm supposed to be. And after about 5 months I finally found the perfect house. I put my offer in and the offer was accepted and we started escrow. Due to circumstances beyond Jarred's control escrow lasted from January to June. Jarred again kept me informed every step of the way calling me once a week to give me an update. During times I would get upset or worried things might not go through I could call Jarred and he would always explain things again and let me know that it's all going to work out. I'm glad I worked with him to get through this transaction and now I am extremely happy in my new home.

As first time home buyers we were pretty intimated by the process. Jarred made the experience easy and enjoyable. He was very knowledgeable, punctual, and available to answer all questions. He went above and beyond by getting into the crawlspace to examine a leak, and even came by one day to cover the fresh mulch in our backyard from a rainstorm. We purchased our home in 2017 through Jarred. It was our first home purchase and understandably it was a bit overwhelming but Jarred's attention to detail and kindness help to strip away some of the more daunting elements of buying your first home. No home was too far and Jarred made himself available based on our schedule. I think above all, Jarred's commitment to selling us the best house rather than a house was what stuck out to me. He'd point out deficiencies in some of the properties and other points of concern that he thought were important to consider. Those are the types of things that are easy to miss when you're not used to looking for physical issues with a structure but also just the orientation of a home and how it might work with your furniture and family in it. If we ever buy another property, or sell our current one, I'll definitely be going through Brix Realty and Jarred.

I have used Brix four times now - to buy and sell a home, and to buy and sell land. Jarred is truly the best realtor and has industry knowledge across all types of properties. He is honest and incredibly patient (took me forever to buy until I found the perfect place!). He is quick and responsive and has always had my best interest in mind. I have purchased two homes with Brix Realty and if I had to purchase 100 more I would pick Jarred every time! My first home was a short sale and he didn’t give me any push back even though he knew that was going to be a long process for him! My second home was even more difficult than the first. I needed to buy a home in my very tight budget that had a rental property included. I also wanted something that I could work on myself with limited skills and increase the value of it. He was able to find me the perfect property, the rent from the guest suite paid my mortgage and after I remodeled it he sold it for the most any house in that area had ever sold for and I was able to move out of state!! Jarred is so easy to work with, always has the best attitude and I would trust him completely!

Buying your first home is always very stressful but Jarred made it a very enjoyable process and I truly felt the joy from him when I got my keys! I remember the first time Jarred took me to tour of several houses in San Diego County. It was quite far from where he's located, but I remember being surprised at how good-natured he was about traipsing about, taking my wife and I to see several houses we'd scoped out. He has the best attitude, he's ALWAYS made himself available for questions, he's very responsive and prompt, and he made the whole home-buying process really easy to understand. As a first-time home buyer at the time, it was at times overwhelming, but Jarred really made it a breeze. He's seems to take pride in taking good care of his clients.
