Best Western Plus Palm Desert Resort

Really nice hotel. Great location

We stayed 2 nights and had 3 rooms for us and extended family.

Staff were all very friendly and rooms were clean. We wanted to stay in Palm Springs but the price was so much cheaper and 30 min drive is not bad plus free breakfast.

I like being close to stores and restaurants, there is a cvs, sprouts, Albertsons, coffee shop and some nice restaurants within walking distance

One complaint is the pillows were so overstuffed and hard. Everyone in our 3 rooms said the same thing. It made your neck stiff because it was just too thick and not squishy.
They should replace all of them and doesn’t cost much. Beds were comfortable

Also we mentioned to them the shower water was not very warm/hot and they said sometimes the handles need adjusted/fixed. They compensated us though which I wasn’t expecting so that was really nice customer service.

We have always stayed at embassy suites but the one across the street had bad reviews which led us to stay at best western this trip. I stayed In best western a lot before I had kids and travelled for work and always loved it. our experience here I think will switch us to best western for future.

Left 4 stars but had to change to 5 stars after the exceptional service I received after I left. Shout out to Jacob and a huge thanks for your willingness to help me and follow thru with locating and helping facilitate the return of two of my favorite jackets i had left in my room. Its unfortunately a rare thing for people to make an effort or follow thru based on my conversation with several other hotels I stayed at while trying to locate my jackets. Thanks again!! Will definitely be back.

Breakfast service was made to order and delicious! The location is perfect for us because it's right across the street from Ruth's Chris Steak House where we had reservations Saturday.
The staff was friendly and helpful. The only thing that I could criticize is the air conditioning in our room was inadequate...

I’ve been coming here over 25 years when it was the Vacation Inn as well.... My family and I always have a great stay… and the cooks are the same Mario and David ..they are excellent. The cooking staff and dining area….Always SUPER clean..Staff are amazing... The food is excellent. Service is great. I would definitely recommend staying at this hotel.

Best Western in Palm desert is a great and friendly place to stay if anyone needs of a secure stay. The price if decent and service is great. Food gets cooked by 2 chefs and is really delicious. Mario your doing great. The pool is awesome also nice and clean. Lots of parking and safe

Stayed two nights recently and was so pleasantly surprised by the quality of the service and the room at this price! The breakfast was outstanding- can't believe it was included! Everyone was friendly and our room had a great view of the mountains. I would absolutely stay here again!

The rooms weren't as modern as some may like. It was just fine for me. The bed & pillows were very comfortable & I liked having the balcony on the 2nd floor to sit outdoors at night & enjoy the weather & quietness. The complimentary breakfast was very nice. Made to order eggs w/bacon & hashbrowns or pancakes...and a variety of other items too!

While we frequently return to Palm Springs for weekend getaways from our home in Phoenix, AZ, we hadn't stayed here yet. However, we DEFINITELY will return in the future!
Our stay was quite nice from the moment we checked in until we drove off for our return home.
The staff could not have been more lovely; GENUINELY KIND & PLESANT as if they were happy in their work and took pride in what they did ... and hopefully were appreciated for it as their sincerity seemed to reflect.
AND IT SHOWED in the rooms and the grounds !
While our room was right on the first floor facing the lobby, parking lot and on a corner leading to the pool, we didn't hear anything. The room was IMMACULATE and very nicely appointed including a refrigerator and microwave for keeping &reheating take out. The slider entry directly to the pool was a great convenience and yet private as well.
BREAKFAST was awesome and far more than the basic "included breakfast" offered by most hotels in this price point. I was not feeling very well/hungry one morning and asked the chef who was making the custom made-to-order breakfasts for the guests if there were any basic muffins available as I didn't see any out. He stopped and took the time to go into the back refrigerator and brought me out two kinds and gave me both - one for now and one for later. Sadly such kindness has become rare in our world today. But this gesture during a busy morning was a gift of immeasurable worth for someone who never even had to say I was ill from medicine for an end stage disease. This staff member like all of them, just were so kind and helpful because they were doing what good people do.
I could continue to gush on but our time here was just wonderful from start to finish.
I have traveled all over the country and then some during my profession life and I have stayed in the top shelf, 5 star finest hotels you have read about and can only imagine. So I am not a rookie when it comes to accommodations. And I must say that for the price, dollar for dollar, this was THE NICEST HOTEL I have stayed in as far as I can recall.

Had a wonderful annual stay at this hotel. King beds were very comfortable. Rooms and linens were clean. New pillows were a little on the large side but staff were quick to offer perfect alternatives. David and Mario cook you a hot breakfast to order each morning. Front desk staff like Frank are eager to help and take care of any requests.
The pool area is a nice retreat with new loungers and umbrellas.

Customer service was amazing. Thankful for the complimentary made by order breakfast. It was pretty good. The cooks are very friendly and their cooking is pretty good. The pool area is kept clean. Rooms were okay but clean.

Nice hotel, clean rooms, comfortable beds and great location.

Well kept, clean, comfortable room. I really only have a minor complaint: the pillows suck. Best Western seems to have upped their game. I stayed here for 3 nights that cost that much for 1 night at one of those "resorts". Staff was incredibly helpful, and the 2 guys cooking hot breakfast son muy amables.

Thank you so much for making our stay so enjoyable. Every single one of the staff members is great. We were greeted by smiling faces as soon as we walked through the door. We were even asked what floor we would like to stay on; I'm a light sleeper so I was grateful for him even asking. The rooms had a 1980s feel to them with modern appliances. We really enjoyed staying here. There is an actual chef who will make you breakfast. You hand in your ticket and you can choose what you want from the small menu. There were like 5-7 items listed; it was nice a simple. My partner had pancakes with bacon and eggs; the chef was more than happy to put cheese on the scrambled eggs when he asked for cheese. I had some hash browns with over-easy eggs and bacon. I forgot to mention there is a security guard patrolling the area so it felt safe there too. The staff is what makes this place so great; they are the reason for the 5 stars. Thank you again for making our stay so enjoyable!

Such a wonderful place to be. They work so hard to please you. Our room was cleaned every day. The breakfast was amazing there was chefs cooking what you wanted. Hot tub pool sparkling clean. Cannot say enough positive things. Thank you for a wonderful stay. See you next year.😊

This place was clean, comfy, and perfect for our one night stay as we traveled through on our way to Sedona. The breakfast selection is pretty decent, we were surprised. Would stay again! Staff was friendly and helpful

We are in town to work Coachella. We stayed at the Embassy Sweets last week, and weren't overly impressed with the service. So we switched to the best western at a coworkers suggestion, and I am so glad we did. Made to order breakfast, maid service daily, and super easy access to the pool. We are swimming in clean towels, and I love it. We have a lot of equipment, and our crew was put on the bottom floor so we could easily store things in our room. Such a different experience. We will be back.. Thank you!

No complaints. This was a good stay over on our trip. The Registration front desk was very friendly, and the employees tending to the morning breakfast were very friendly as well. You could see them smiling behind the masks.
The room had a nice, clean smell. The touch surfaces were clean and I didn't notice any greasy finger prints on glossy surfaces.
The room we had was with a perfect height bathroom counter and sink, so my little one can wash hands without assistance.
My expectations were met, and them some.

The front desk team and a management here are great! They're always very helpful and eager to make sure you are happy. They room is very clean and the beds are comfortable, as well as the pillows. TVs are clear and picture and have many channels to choose from. We will definitely keep returning here. I also we do enjoy the freshly prepared breakfast in the morning, even though it does not have as many options as it did pre covid. It is still at least a hot breakfast made-to-order with eggs, hash browns, sausage or bacon, and toast.
