If you have high anxiety about seeing a dentist, Dr. McCullough is the man to see! I recently had a filling dine by the doctor that I was sure needed to be extracted. Dr. McCullough saved my tooth and he did it in a way that I felt virtually no pain. I barely felt the novacaine injection. I highly recommend Dr. McCullough for any dental needs. He and his staff are amazing and my fear of seeing the dentist is completely cured! Professional, patient, humorous and knowledgeable. 5 stars!

Who ever says that? How can a dentist office make a root canal a pleasant experience?! These guys did it!

Reasons for a 5 star review:
- Scheduling: The front desk staff is simply amazing! They did everything they could to get us squeezed in for an appointment as soon as I said that I was in pain. They got me a next day appointment, the day before thanksgiving!!

- Dentist: Dr. Blake was one of the most relaxed, knowledgeable and patient, non-rushed dentist that I’ve ever had. He was thorough in explaining what has happened, how we are going to fix it and next steps.

- Facility: Although it does not have hi end equipment (somewhat necessary) that will show you your mouth open on a screen etc, they did a great job passing those cost savings on to me.

- Insurance: it was so pleasant to see that they handled ALL of our questions with insurance proactively and didn’t stick us with a bill that would be higher than expected, in my case it was lower than expected.

Thank you all, I hope to be your regular patient if our nomadic travels allow us to keep visiting this area.

I have been to another Dental Office in the Valley, and they wanted to charge me a fortune, and did not offer alternatives, and the care was very rehearsed for lack of a better word. I felt like a number or $$$. Doctor McCullough was my second opinion, not only did he take the time to discuss alternatives, he helped me figure out a care plan that works with my insurance, and budget while offering amazing care, excellent experience all around. His staff was comforting, friendly, efficient, and professional. The office is inviting, clean, and comfortable as well. Dr. McCullough is our new Family Dentist!!

Every single person that works in this office is so kind. Natalia always gets me in quickly when needed.. I've never been to a dentist that has been so gentle. It's the first time I haven't dreaded going in to get work done 🥰 and Nicolette is the BEST hygienist! Thank you guys for all you do!

I have been a patient here for years. My first visit was just a "New Patient check". Dr. McCullough checked everything out and then even asked if I wanted a teeth cleaning. So Dr. McCullough actually did the cleaning, which I have never had the actual dentist do a cleaning on me. Dr. McCullough is friendly, honest, and provides great service and work. Everyone that works in the office are outstanding and remember you from visit to visit!

The dentist and hygenist are excellent at what they do. I am extremely happy with their work and customer service. However, i have had a not so nice experience with their rude receptionist. Being that the first contact is with the receptionist, I would believe great customer service should start there. I called to check on my appoitment but after the rudeness i decided to canceal my appoitments all together. In return I was hung up on twice.3/15/21. This office still has the absolute best Dentist and Hygenist.

Highly recommend this place. Staff is superb. Came here for a second opinion after being told I had a lot of cavities and needed x amount of root canals, came here and was told I had perfect teeth (just a deep cleaning needed).
The dental hygienist (Nicolette) is wonderful and amazing at what she does.

A+ care and staff. Friendly, down-to-earth, timely and easy to schedule with. Come here if you don’t want to be upsold
anything you don’t need, and just given solid options to make decisions for your care.

My wife Paris just returned home from her office visit. She had all good things to say about the Whole Staff.

When I hear Mc Cullough i think chain saws.
I strongly reccommend. My root canal was with I think his name is Dr Blake.
As I have family whom were dentists, i can affirm Dr Blake was of integrity and professional in his diagnosis, assesment, plan, and executing of my very difficult back upper molar.

And 6 months prior I thought he was wrong and maybe embellishing my need for a root canal and his explanation in where and what was going to happen with this tooth......he was right. I was 100% wrong.

Zero pain. ( of course having your jaw open and tense neck was very discomfoting)
Great chairside manner.
Physically demanding on him, buthe did not skimp or rush it.
Reasonably priced going rate of a root canal from my looking into.

Update
Just to add now about 6 months plus and both my root canals and caps are excellent.

Dr. Mike and his helpful staff are wonderful. Even though I moved to another state, I still come back to their office when I need dental work done. My crowns are amazing and I highly recommend them.

One of, if not the best, dentists I've been at - and its local, here in DHS! Kind, careful, and all around great service. I am officially a loyal customer.

I went to this office when I broke a front tooth in an accident in April 2022. They got me right in and seemed to preform all work satisfactorily. The first stage for an implant was completed and I was to go back in for the final stage when I returned to the valley in October. Unfortunately, it was discovered I needed major surgery in Washington state and I would not be able to return for the completion step. I saw a dentist in my home state to see if he could finish the work for me. He said he needed to know some information from Dr McCullough’s office to help me. Both the office of the Washington dentist and I made numerous calls and I sent them emails requesting the information needed with only minimal response after many requests. The only info they would give was the name of the system used, no specifics, saying that was all they had in my file. After much research by the Washington dentists office, I may be able to have the work completed, but it will cost much more than it would have with the McCullough info and take longer. I am very disappointed with Dr McCullough’s office and am considering filing a complaint with the DBC for withholding my dental records even though I had paid them for the work before I left California and sent a release of information form to them. Also, my work was not done by Dr McCullough, but I did not know this until my third appointment when one of the workers called the dentist by name. This dentist has since passed away unexpectedly and that is being used as an excuse for not giving me the info. I find this highly unprofessional. I have been promised a response by Dr McCullough that has never come. I did not want to write this review or begin a complaint, but the lack of response from Dr McCullough’s staff leaves with me no other recourse. The work done by this office may be good, but if you have a problem the response is terrible.
