Nordstrom in Roseville Galleria is the last high-end department store in the Greater Sacramento Area. They have the best service and the most beautiful sales floor with more luxury items and name brands in the store. But the amount of luxury items seems like a cutback compared to before the pandemic. I find fewer name brands of merchandise in stock than before! The store still looks beautiful, and the salespersons still provide excellent service.

This is a lovely department store which has stood the test of time. Very classy atmosphere and clothing brands. They seem to have everything from shoes too supplies for babies. I have a very classy selection of men’s clothing and accessory such as belts and ties. I miss the old days when I used to have a live piano player near the escalator, I sure hope they decide to bring them back.

Very well kept, plenty of employees to assist, Security is well managed, parking can be tough, but you just have to be ready to walk if the lot is full. Employees are attentive and friendly, always ready to assist. The parking lot is well lit for evening shopping. P.D and Mall security are in prime locations, that's important to me.

Quality is what you can count on at Nordstrom. Always have the latest trendy looks & lots of selections. I love the shoe department here. A nice place for makeup or finding casual to dressy clothing made from good fabrics. The best place for a bra fitting. Forget Victoria secret & come here. The dressing rooms are so nice and the staff will go.out of their way to help you. Alterations are offered at a reasonable rate with purchase. Keep your receipts if you dont like it or it didn't work. They are very reasonable about returns. One of my favorite stores to shop at.

My wife purchased some Chanel sunglasses and the lady working the department was very patient and helpful! Recommend!!

I’ve had quite a few good experiences shopping here, but my last experience was above and beyond. I purchased a pair of pants and had the Nordstrom alteration tailors shorten the length for me. When I brought it back home and tried it on it was way too short. Almost $300 pants ruined! I took the pants back to the men’s department counter and Christopher (Chris) personally saw to it that I got a different tailor that took their time measuring me and a new pair of pants! He refunded my alteration fee too! When I came back to pick up the new pants they were tailored perfectly. Thanks Chris!

Had a great experience with Zayra! She was very kind and helped me through the holiday pressure to find the perfect gift for my sister. I have little to no experience with makeup and she was able to explain and show me the different types of products that would best suit my sister. I would recommend going to Nordstrom’s makeup department for the best help to find any products from makeup to skincare!

While Nordstroms is more expensive, what you get there is EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE! I want to shout out to Andy Yu. He was able to find several pairs of shoes for me to try on and I ended up purchasing 2 pairs.

Super helpful shoe department person. So sorry I can’t remember her name. Middle aged, blonde/greying? Anyway. Found me exactly the kind of shoes I needed. I think they’ll be a favorite for a long time!

This location has a great selection for just about anything you're looking for since it's a larger store. As usual, the stuff are generally very friendly and willing to help.

My mom is preparing for a big fundraiser gala and you took the time to help her pick out the right colors to go with her new dress as well as took time to show her how to apply her new make up. She looked absolutely stunning and is now ready for the gala! You always take such good care of everyone I send to you! You are absolutely the best!

They always have phenomenal customer service and everyone is knowledgeable about their section where they work. Online ordering is incredibly easy and stress free!
