The Hotel Huntington Beach

I flew into John Wayne Airport for a quick trip and needed a hotel for one night. I stayed at the Hotel Huntington as it was convenient to the 405. Thus, the hotel was cheap and nice, but it seemed they didn't have the Stagg to run it. There was no one downstairs when we arrived and people waiting to check in. The restaurant was only open Tuesday through Saturday and very dark as in lights. Overall, it is still a nice quiet stay for the night and walking distance to food, coffee, and shops. The beds had some stains on it and he rooms were OK clean, but smelt a little old. Lol.

The staff is amazing and the hotel is centrally located to everything we do while in So Cal. This hotel is always a first pick when I book a vacation in So Cal.

The only thing was that there were no refrigerators or microwaves in room. However, our room was very clean & comfortable. The staff that greeted us were kind & very helpful. I would stay there again.

Incredible location. The parking allows for a view of the building above which is beautiful and mirrors the sky. The staff are pleasant and provide professional customer service. There are several elevators near a full bar and options for a meal inside the first floors comfortable lobby. Full room service. Window shades are the best. The recreation center provides a cold swimming pool and hot tub which goes perfect with a few minutes in the weight room.

This hotel is it a wonderful central location right off the 405 so it’s easy to access anywhere you need to go. This is our second year staying here and we love it. It’s a very pretty hotel inside and we had an awesome room with a great view of HB. It’s close to shopping and eating. There is also a major bus hub within walking distance. We had a microwave, fridge, and large TV. The manager we encountered upon check- in was great. Excellent rates considering that it is a nice hotel. We stayed five days but it will be longer next time.

Perfect location, close to the airport. There's a great bar downstairs for drinks 🍸 Rooms were above average. Staff was great! I'll go back 5☆

I was a little worried after reading the mixed reviews, however it was the most convenient location for me so I decided to just give it a try & BOY WAS I GLAD I DID!! The hotel is absolutely beautiful (you can already tell by looking at the outside), the rooms are so clean & the staffs are really friendly!

The only complaint I have is how tiny the Tv is… maybe it’s just my room?? But it’s not enough for me to deduct any starts. Oh, & the pillows are a little on the flat side so make sure to ask for more.

The main thing I LOVE about this hotel is how THICK THE WALLS ARE!! You don’t get woken up by how loud people can get when walking in the hall way or how you might be able to hear your neighbor’s tv! I hate when nice hotels hit all the buckets but they lack this most important thing (to me at least).

I really don’t think you’ll be disappointed staying here, this will definitely be my hotel of choice every time I visit!

Maybe I'm a simple person with simple needs, but I found my experience here for the couple of days I was in it great! The staff at the front desk were wonderful no matter what time of the night it was, and the room I stayed in was clean. The outlets were just a little beat up, but not enough to be noticeable or affect anything being plugged in. The beds were good, and the hotel was quiet. I slept like a baby.

We had a fantastic stay at hotel huntington beach. It was modern styled, clean, everyday refreshment of amenities and everyday housekeeping. It was so relaxing after a long tiring day of exploring California. It was situated next to a shopping mall and costco. 10 mins from the beach and close to highway that will take you to LA or Sandiego and ofcourse DISNEY 😀

Very nice hotel. We stayed on the 5th floor. Let me say the view was stunning so much so that I forgot to take a picture sad face. We kept the curtains open all the time. The sky during the day and the night beautiful. They have a bar downstairs everyone was welcoming and friendly. I didn't take enough pics I was so into the moment. It's so close to the beach and lots of shopping centers and food places. A must stay. Loved it

Wow what a spectacular night! If you ever want to hold your wedding reception or special event here, I can not recommend this place more! It’s exceptional! They go above and beyond your expectations! I’m so delighted in the staff that helped us through the evening and presentation with the place. My wife and I had a wonderful time here and the staff is more than willing to assist in anyway possible. This is the place to host your event no second thought about it! Thanks HHB!

This hotel was great my only complaint was the lighting in the bathroom was awful could barely see otherwise I think everything was great here and it has a 12:00 p.m. check out which is phenomenal

Was so good for price even. Did notice no microwave or mini-fridge in my room. I got a 2 bed and 1 bath room so idk maybe my room lol the bed little stiff but ac works super good. Loved the view. Loved the times for check in and check out at 12pm. Ice machine is a miss on floor 5 but others work good. Would recommend my friends and family here still during pandemic as bedroom all the way to parking lot is clean.

I love the showers. Most showers in California are just dribblers but this place will dang near strip your hide off with the water pressure! Love it.

We stayed 2 nights here. Shane at the front desk in the evening was awesome. He accommodated us in absolutely every manner possible. Going above and beyond. He was extremely polite along with ALL the staff. Thank you Shane for the excellent experience and hospitality!

This hotel was super clean. The staff was very welcoming. Close to a lot, including the beach. Price was also super reasonable for how nice the hotel was. If we ever come back we will definitely stay here again.

Stayed at the hotel for a graduation. It was lovely. The chef checked on each table to check if the food was alright. Heavy pours for the drinks. Everyone had a good time. It felt like a community college reunion

We had some issues with our booking (not the hotels fault at all) but the guy working the hotel reception was awesome and helped us through it and we got it all figured out. The hotel and room was very nice with a really great view of the city.

Awesome hotel to stay in at a reasonable rate, no problems whatsoever. Staff was friendly, had our room serviced and they went above and beyond to clean my daughters mess even folded there little blankets and fixed there dolls on the bed I was surprised they did that thank you so much I’ve stayed here about 6 times total now and it’s been a pleasure I’ll keep coming back.

Great hotel with wonderful staff. However, furniture seems more suited for smaller people, ex the toilet, sink, and dressers are situated a bit too low for myself (5'9") and my brother (6'2")
