Kathleen at the front desk has a great attitude and even remembered my name after 30 days of meeting her years ago when decided to go to Dr. Fayner. Very professional staff.
Kathleen is never rude to customers and can multi task well as she juggles dealing with patients and answering the phones.

You obviously were having a bad day. I have been going to Dr. Fayner for years and Kathleen and all her staff work very hard answering phones and have an excellent bedside manner. You guys were having a bad day that posted negative reports. You probably bounced a check or could not pay your bill and you are pissed.

Dr Kramer and his staff are wonderful. I have never waited longer than 10 min to see the Doc. The front desk staff is efficient, super welcoming and absolutely knows what they are doing. Dr Kramer is the nicest most knowlegable and compassionate doctor I have ever had. I would recommended him to anyone who is in need of an, "Ace Doctor."
5 stars - all the way.
Thank you,
Jenny

Dr. Kramer is a great doctor. I used to be with Dr. Licata. The nurses are stellar. As for the office staff, I have never had a problem with them, they are always professional. They aren't there to be your friend, entertain you or console you ... they are running an office.

If you have to have blood drawn frequently, they are the best. All in house.

Dr Fayner is great. Always on top of everything.

Only problem I have is getting medication refilled at the pharmacy. The pharmacist can only physically fax the Doctor office not electronically that’s ridiculous.
Get up to 2019 all pharmacies electronically fax.
So sometimes it’s weeks before getting your refills.

Being told by a pharmacist that you have to go see the doctor before a certain prescription is refilled is against the HIPPA law.

I should only hear that from my doctors office.

No doctors office is by law to tell a pharmacy Walgreens CVS etc. that your dr office says you need to go into the office.
Hmm
I want to know how the hell does Walgreens knows I have not seen my doctor in almost 1 yr???
Dr Fayner Staff please ANSWER that question.

I have a copy from the Doctor office Staff to Walgreens saying that. It was not wrote by doctor Fayner

The absolute WORSE experience I ever had! Front desk help (KATHLEEN) is unprofessional, rude, overbearing and hateful. From the moment I stepped into the office she attempted to extort money from me (wanted my “first” visit co-pay to be $75 when it’s only $30). I was told the doctor REQURIES every new patient to have blood work done. I agreed and then was told it’s
$35 to draw blood. My ins. pays 100% lab work, which I informed her. She said it was the lab fees from the office. The Dr. suggested I have a PSA done (prostrate cancer runs in my family)
and I agreed, only to find out that Kathleen wanted another $30 to run that test! When I refused to pay the $65 she became belligerent and told me if I didn’t pay their fee then I would get a BIG
bill from the lab because my insurance won’t pay for everything. I said they would and she asked:
Do you *really* want to take that chance? If I pay their fee, anything my insurance won’t pay, Dr. Fayner would pay. I told her I’d take my chances. To get even with me she deliberately miscoded some of the work so that I’d get a bill from the lab for $68 (the “lab” work was for a sinus infection which they didn’t do). I called to get it corrected and after accusing me of trying to get her to change the codes so that I wouldn’t have to pay for my lab work, she rudely hung up on me. I have a dispute with my insurance company and I also make a complaint with the State
Medical Board. There’s a LOT more to this story but you get the idea. Hitler could take lessons from this b!tch.
BTW: While waiting in the exam room or in the lobby I heard her discussing patient information with either the patient or fellow office workers. BEWARE…

DO NOT GO HERE!

My wife went in to see "Dr" Faynor because she has had uncontrollable itchiness all over. She requested an allergy screening as one would when having rashes and itching issues, but he refused to give her one because he didn't see any rashes on her in the 5 minutes she was there.

Instead he offered her the antidepressant Prozac which she declined so he prescribed her the antidepressant Zoloft instead. This is egregious. She doesn't have depression, she has an allergic reaction to something. Instead of helping her figure out the problem he prescribed her a hormone altering drug that would have many side effects and have her dependent for Life.

Fortunately we are smart enough to know not to fill that prescription and take those drugs, but it's unknown how many people he has harmed by pushing unnecessary drugs on people. Very dangerous and criminally negligent behavior.

Notable that we later took her to a real doctor who gave her antiallergy medicine that solved the problem. I cannot stress this enough: DO NOT GO HERE!

This office is stuck in the dark ages when it comes to communicating with pharmacies. They do not have any kind of electronic system set up to address refill requests or other questions that a pharmacist might have. If the pharmacy sends an electronic fax, the front desk (Kathleen - more about her later) will say they didn’t receive it. And when you complain to Dr Fayner about that in private, he says its the pharmacy’s fault and he tries to get you to change all your prescriptions to a personal friend - I haven’t investigated but I think that might be illegal. As a care provider, Dr Fayner is ok but not great - he spends more time talking to his computer screen than to the patient and often misses key items (example, he may give you verbal dosage instructions but then he won’t write those instructions on the scrip causing further delays with meds). He also refused my request for a referral to an ENT stating that his office could handle the issue — they couldn’t and I ended up spending a fortune to go to an ENT without a referral (but at least that doctor was equipped to handle the issue). Then there is the aforementioned Kathleen at the front desk - this person has no business working in any kind of position that deals with customers (patients ARE customers). Kathleen is rude, cuts off patients that are trying to voice concerns, violates HIPAA by discussing private patient issues in a very loud voice which everyone in the reception area can hear, and will hang up on patients calling to ask why prescription refill authorization requests from their pharmacies have not received a response. Others at the front desk are acceptable. The best thing about this practice is the nurses that see you in the exam rooms for history, vitals, blood draws, etc. - they are caring and personable.

When your on high blood pressure medication and they refuse to refill your prescription unless you come in for an appointment? I'm out of state right now, and instead of giving me a weeks worth of medication they suggested I go to urgent care. I've been a patient there for almost three years and I found this to be unacceptable... I won't be returning to see Dr. Kramer when I return to California. The front desk staff needs a lesson in manners as well. The woman basically told me they were going to do nothing at all to help me. So off to urgent care I go... with my blood pressure 182/98. Thanks for nothing. Also... I wouldn't have even given them one star if that was an option.

Kathleen was very rude after shining a light on the fact that she messed up on the specialist I had to see. I made an appointment with the specialist she chose out for me and I had to wait a month before I could see the specialist. The front desk lady from the specialist calls and says my insurance doesn’t cover them. I find out thru my insurance that a lady named Kathleen messed up by thinking I was paying out of pocket. What?! I handed her my insurance card yo! I kid you not ppl. Worst experience from front desk ladies ever. Period.

Def do not recommend.

Kathleen is Extremely rude, Extremely UNPROFESSIONAL and LAZY. I'm shocked that Dr. KRAMER's office hasn't gotten fined and or isn't under investigation for all the HIPPA violations made by her. I'm surprised the MD's still have patients left, dealing with this FLOP isn't worth seeing any doctor, rather find another. This is a horrible reflection of your medical office and you allow it shame on you doctors for allowing it to continue.

office staff is horrible and has been since I've been with Dr.Kramer . Kathleen is the worst staff person in my medical visits. She refuses to teach others to run office. Refuses to accept fact that she is replaceable. She may cause Dr. Kramer his job for the Hippa laws she has violated. She really believe she is the Doctor? lol if any personal info gets yelled out to public,it will be her last hateful word coming from her crappy mouth. So sad that she is such a miserable individual.

The first thing Kathleen said was we do not give narcotics in a very rude tone and said my blood request is abnormal (in my opinion, not her position to talk). After calling me to leave an message that says important and call back immediately, she went to a 2 hour lunch. Finally, after waiting and speaking to her she argued about what symptoms I was experiencing and said yes u are having this and that when I had none. I agree to get prescription and tell her I am in a different location than the office and she send the prescription closest to the her office anyway. Upon arriving at pharmacy she tells me we agreed upon her location. There is no agreement because the patient is a paying customer and she should listen and follow directions. The pharmacist had to call because she refused and the first thing that was said to the pharmacist was .. oh that guy. Even the pharmacist was suprised

Doctor was kind but the front desk staff is horrid. They constantly complain about having to work. Kathleen is beyond rude and she must have trained Monica who is not helpful. They were also rude to another doctors office. They need to give their jobs to someone that cares about people.
