I regretfully share my extremely disappointing experience with Toma Tax. Despite entrusting them with my tax preparation, they failed to fulfill their responsibilities. Not only did they neglect crucial aspects of my filing, but their incompetence has now led to significant issues with the IRS.
Toma Tax exhibited a lack of attention to detail and failed to provide accurate and thorough assistance. The consequences of their inadequate service have left me in a precarious situation with the IRS, resulting in unnecessary stress and financial repercussions. I strongly advise against using Toma Tax for your tax preparation needs, as their failure to perform their job competently has left me with regret and frustration.😔
